Day One: April 11 or September 11, 2023 – Arrival Day

Day Two: April 12 or September 12, 2023

Wake up feeling refreshed from your day of travel with hot coffee and Breakfast at the Hotel’s restaurant. We will get acquainted with The Charm of Charleston on one of the Top Rated Tours in Charleston – not just a boring walking tour, its one of the only tours that TWO tour guides that will pair history with comedy improv – surely making you laugh. Next we will have time to grab lunch together and spend extra time at any of the places we saw on our tour. After a little rest we will head out on a private carriage ride through old town – a Charleston MUST. We will then walk over the the famed and beautiful Church and Union Restaurant.

Day Three: April 13 or September 13, 2023

We will get a bit of an earlier start so we can head off to Patriots Point to see the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum. We will spend about 2.5 hours exploring the grounds – this will be self-paced and at your leisure to see what you are most interested in. We will then gather up and grab a bite to eat and rest our feet before we head out to The Boone Hall Plantation and Garden. Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens has also been recognized as the #1 Plantation in the Charleston Area by USA TODAY 10 BEST. We will grab dinner near the Boone Hall before heading back into Charleston.

• Earlier Start to head out Patriot Point and to Tour the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum to explore what you wish – allotted for 2.5 hours. General Admission Ticket to all the entire Museum.
• We will grab a quick bite to eat together
• Afternoon at Boone’s Hall Plantation and Garden – Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens has also been recognized as the #1 Plantation in the Charleston Area by USA TODAY 10 BEST

Day Four: April 14 or September 14, 2023 – Don’t Forget to Extend your trip to Savannah

Charleston has some of the Nation’s richest history as well as one of the most haunted towns in the USA! Today we will star the day by visiting The Middleton Place – a truly remarkable piece of history. At night we will experience haunted Charleston on a Ghost Tour.

• We will have breakfast together and gab about all the fun that was made!
• Fly out of Charleston International Airport or extend your trip to Savannah April 15-19 -OR- September 15-19

There will be walking tours on cobblestone streets. 

It is your responsibly to fully read and understand the physical abilities that correlate to this Beatrice Bradley Experience. Difficulty level of activity is subject to individual interpretation so it is extremely important that you read the itinerary and reach out if you have concerns or questions.

Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

As a solo-traveler, we need you to provide self-awareness and an understanding that you are fully responsible for yourself. This includes: your possessions, your physical abilities or fitness, your attitude, and all other aspects that relate to traveling solo in a group.

• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
