Review: The other ladies were genuinely fun, kind and honest. I appreciated the hostesses. They were kind, extremely helpful, transparent with sharing about themselves so it was easy to get to know them and feel comfortable. I was able to talk to Ken Ham one on one. He was encouraging and honest. I have read some of his work and studied evolution and creation. I have a bachelor’s in biology and have taught 6th through 12 grade science. But seeing the ark and reading about more facts that I did not know was amazing and an experience I will always treasure. I would tell her that she will never feel alone unless she intentionally wants to take a break and be alone. I wanted to spend as much time with the BB ladies as possible. They were fun, kind and interesting. The hostesses were extremely helpful with everything! You are both AWESOME! I hope I can go on another trip with you!

Review: It was a pleasure to travel with like-minded women. Each woman had unique stories and experiences, so I made a point of spending time with each of them. Having the roots of our faith displayed in Bible – based history and seeing the truth of science was inspirational and affirming. Just be yourself. We all have life experiences and stories to share. You are free to take time for yourself at any time on the trip. Karen and Kristine made me feel welcome. Each one spent one on one times with me, and shared from their own life experiences.

Review: All of the women on this trip were special. The hosts brought us together and lasting friendships were made. The history of Portland Maine was something I knew nothing about before this trip. Seeing the bunkers and cannons that were left from World War II that were placed to fight the Japanese submarines was really neat. Also, Kennebunkport seeing the George Bush Summer compound was awesome. Shopping in that little town was special also. The only time you are alone is when you fly to get to the destination, and when you go to bed. The rest of the time you are with wonderful like-minded, ladies. I would say just go! Laura and Anna were great! I cannot put into words how kind caring and efficient they were. They made a great pair. And gave us a great trip!

Review: The ladies I met on this trip were just great. Made new friends. The hostess were great ! I’ve been studying the Bible ,but I learned a lot from visiting th Ark. I would tell her, go for it. The women on these trips are some of the nicest you will meet. just call and talk to Lindsey, she will steer you right. Our hostess were Kristyine and Karen. Loved these women. I had taken a trip with Kristine before, absolutely, love this young woman. First time i met Karen, she is super too. Cant wait till I take another trip with Beatrice Bradly.

Review: The ark was a great experience. I have to say the ladies were one of the most fun group I have traveled with. The ark was so much bigger and intricate than I imagined. Just do it. It has been one of the best things I have done. Karen and Kristine were wonderful and made it very enjoyable.

Review: All the women on the trip made up a family for 9 days. I was so amazed at the beauty of Alaska. I had seen pictures of the mountains and water but I had no idea that in Alaska you are always surrounded with mountains and water. The country is absolutely beautiful. This is a wonderful way to travel. The small group makes it easy to make friends and feel part of a group. The trip allows you to see new things, meet people and, for those of us who have been alone for years, it also gives us a chance to be by ourselves at times. Absolutely, they were great at working out all glitches without it being a problem for the group. They were warm and friendly and not just hostesses but part of the group. Loved being with Happy and Tracey.

Review: Enjoyed meeting and sharing this week with so many awesome women. I’m not sure I can just name one person! Denise, Lori and Jackie were my top connections. It was humbling to realize I am no longer 30 but I can still do a lot! The sheer magnitude of Zion was amazing and awe inspiring! I have now done two BB trips on my own not knowing anyone when I arrived. I left with some great friends. I would say the best thing is to go with joy and curiosity and just enjoy the adventure! Kim and Angie were great hosts that were able to seamlessly make adjustments on the fly. I would do a trip with either of them again.

Review: Although I enjoyed everyone on the trip, I especially enjoyed getting to know Donna – we had a lot of great laughs! She made it extra fun! As a single woman, I value getting to know women who make the world a fun place to be. An unexpected surprise was seeing the Yayoi Kusama exhibit at the Museum Ludwig in Cologne, Germany. I had wanted to see it in Washington DC but the tickets were sold out. What a nice bonus – I got to see it on my trip to Europe. The whole trip was inspirational. I loved seeing the storybook villages in Europe with their cobblestone lanes, quiet canals, and half-timbered houses. The castles were like a Fairy Tale come true. I was very nervous before the trip, but would not have any hesitancy about taking another BB Trip! Everything was very well-planned out (dining and hotels were top-notch and tickets, guides, and day tours were all planned and ready to go.) I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I just showed up in the morning – ready to go! To Ellen and Kelly: Thank you for making the Storybook Trip through Switzerland, France and Germany so special. You made my “Fairy Tale” trip to Europe magical.

Review: This was a lovely group of women. We connected right away and some of our restaurant servers/hotel staff thought we had traveled together previously. Our hosts, Luz and Karla, were absolutely awesome! This trip, even though I live near the Sierra Nevadas, held many surprises for me. The village was charming and walkable. Our accommodations at The Four Seasons were stellar. But it was the “adventures” that made the experience so memorable. The gondola rides and sky bridge took us to the snow-covered peaks. The highlight for me was the float plane experience…rising from the mountain lake to the skies above the glaciers and high-mountain, glacier-formed lakes. I am so very glad that I had the opportunity to visit this beautiful area in the company of new travel friends. Don’t hesitate to join one of these adventures! Your experience will be supported by caring, expert hosts and fellow solo travelers. Expect to have a fantastic trip! I would like to extend my thanks to Natalie, the trip coordinator, for the wonderful restaurant choices and the beautiful resort stay. And my sincere gratitude goes to Karla and Liz who made sure every traveler had the best possible experience each and every day. Thank you!!

Review: I’ve traveled with you before. I was so comfortable with all of ladies in this group. We faced the adventures and our fears (of heights) together, so it made it easier for all of us. I was in awe of the beauty of Whistler. I think we all feel hesitant striking out on our own the first time, but as soon as you meet the other travelers you feel a connection. The Hostesses are there to answer your questions and help you along. It’s an experience like no other. Liz and Karla were right on top of things. We just enjoyed our week with no planning, no effort, just enjoying ourselves. They were so nice and so much fun. I hope I see them on a future trip.

Review: This trip definitely had some “out of my comfort zone” moments. The sister hood we formed to encourage those who were frightened of the experience; was amazing. Always coaching “You Can Do This”. It made everyone proud of overcoming their fears. Flying over the mountains & glaciers in a float plane; WOW!!! I just got so emotional about seeing the beauty of it all. With tears streaming down my cheeks, I was grateful to be alive and yet my problems seemed so small compared to all the grand scenery. I always feel rock solid about these BB trips and try to relay that on the first night to the first timers. But it really is the Hostesses that bring on the security with constant contact messaging for each section of the day. Karla & Liz; Such a great “tag team”. Just doesn’t get any better than these two (almost) sisters. Professional down to the core, easy to laugh with, always concerned about our safety and can read the vibration of the group. Ready to pivot if they have to. They made this trip one for the record books. Well Done!!!

Review: I met a lot of interesting people and saw a lot of beautiful sights. I would tell the person that BB is the best adventure travel company I’ve ever traveled with; they plan, coordinate, and give their all to make your trip enjoyable. They take care of you, greatly reducing the stress a new traveler experiences the first time. The hosts, Karen and Melissa were great!!! If you had any problem, they were immediately there to assist. They are 2 beautiful women, inside and out. I thoroughly enjoyed, not only their company, but their hard work and dedication to our group on this trip!!

Review: Traveling with Conservative minded ladies lead to more in common. One didn’t have to be on constant guard about offending someone about the movies/TV/Podcasts you watched, books you read…. Niagara Falls was always on my Bucket List. Don’t fear traveling with a group of Ladies you don’t know because everyone shares experiences. Karen and Melissa were always ready to help. My roommate wanted a room with a shower. Karen arrange for us to change the next day and even assisted with the move.

Review: I loved seeing old friends from previous trips and meeting new ladies. Each person adds to the BB experience and we all just create a great time together. The surroundings were just stunning!! Take the first step! Book a trip! Join the fun and make amazing new friends! I took my first trip 5 years ago. Now 7 trips later with two more this year, I have friends from all over the U.S. and have visited incredible places all over the U.S. Thanks Kristie and Sara, Loved the vibe you set from the get go! Review: I feel that we had an exceptional group of ladies with no drama and just friendly women. I did, however, meet a couple of women who I will keep in contact with. It helps the trip when you have things to talk about and similar interests. The beauty of the mountains amongst the water was breathtaking. I also hadn’t done any hiking before and was very happy that I was able to physically accomplish the hikes on this trip. I would let her know that women on these trips have certain core values in common so that you are at ease from the beginning. I also have had great hosts who also set the tone of friendliness. I appreciated Kristi playing Christian music while driving and Sara’s willingness to discuss healthy approaches for us women to help keep us fit for travel.

Review: Everyone was sweet and friendly. I did connect with a couple of women in a meaningful way. This trip began on the two year anniversary of my husband’s passing, so I was inside myself felling many things. The pace of the trip was nice, and the first couple of days we were on a tour bus/van, so I had my own space for the drives. Also, there was time to just stroll at my own pace and in that setting I had many conversations that did enhance my experience. No pressure, beautiful scenery and lovely women. It was delightful! My first time to Niagara Falls. I was surprised by the beauty and majesty of the Falls. And they could be viewed from almost everywhere! I didn’t realize just how beautiful and meaningful the are! Traveling with Beatrice Bradley is wonderful! My first trip was very soon after my husband passed. I felt awkward and different and sad. Meeting my hosts and the group and just having small conversations to break the ice and then the trip unfolds like a jewel. Take a chance and go on a trip! I had traveled with both Karen and Melissa on past trips and was happy to see them again! Friendly and knowledgeable. Keeping a group going and meeting needs and all on schedule! Love them both!

Review: I have traveled with Rich before so was wonderful to reconnect with him. He makes trips so fun and everything runs so smoothly. Meeting Mercy was a true blessing. She is so caring and kind. Everything is taken care of before you even know you need something. The combination of Rich and Mercy is dynamite!! Most of the guests on this trip were so open to the adventure and would travel with them again anytime. Having visited Namibia last year was totally unprepared for the vastly different landscape in this trip. South Africa is a beautiful country, full of amazing people. I loved both trips and can’t wait to explore more of this country. I never expected to fall in love with these countries like I have. To be able to travel the world with little to no effort is life changing. These trips are effortless and the planned activities are experiences that, even if you researched and planned your own trip, you most likely would miss. Having a host that lives in South Africa opens you up to lesser known activities and destinations. Can’t say enough about the hosts. They make you feel like you are on a trip with your best friends. I truly have never laughed so much. Rich and Mercy take such good care of us.

Review: The warm welcoming of the host daily, made me feel comfortable and enabled me to relax more and enjoy the atmosphere. The Rich Ranch is a beautiful place, mostly cause it is family run, the workers had long relationships with the ranch and loved the ranch. I really liked that everyone ate every meal together, shared stories with lots of laughter. They were very understanding, patient and respectful in all ways but especially to those inexperienced riders. My advice would be don’t miss out, life is too short, the hosts make you feel very welcomed and the other guests are friendly and easy to get to know. Thanks to Kim and Jessica they were very welcoming, patient and attentive. Kim put a lot into her host duties, she really went all out.

Review: Connecting with women from all over the country and discovering how many of us had common life experiences made this a memorable trip. I had no idea that Asheville held such historical significance. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure the group was comfortable in new situations. I was anxious about making a very early flight. Not only did the hosts walk me through the Uber process (l had never taken an Uber before), they met me in the lobby at 3:20 AM to be sure my ride showed up. (It did!) They were all ready to order a replacement or drive me to the airport themselves if l had a “no show.”. Liz and Anna were amazing: positive and supportive the entire trip, and l can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Review: I met a like-minded, faith based sweet woman. We connected in no time at all, and will be staying in touch, and hopefully meeting again on future BB trips! Not that it was new, but God’s creation never ceases to amaze me with wonder and joy and gratitude. It was the same for this trip. Glory The only thing you need to do is book an airline ticket. Everything else is planned and arranged for you! It’s that simple!! Just do it! I have already done that but will state again what precious young women these hosts were. I hope I am on more of the trips that they host.

Review: Rhonda K and I became fast friends, sharing stories, books we were reading and personal information. I did travel with my cousin, Karen B, but we both made a point to mingle with other travelers and we both made friendships that will continue after the trip. I couldn’t imagine traveling with a better group of women, no clicks, no bickering, no hard feelings between any of the other women. I felt comfortable and happy to be on this trip with ALL of them!!! I truly enjoyed getting to know all the participants and our hosts. I was surprised at how beautiful South Dakota is!! Nothing like I imagined!!! Mount Rushmore was the most emotional place we visited. I didn’t expect to feel this way and it was so wonderful to visit with a group of like-minded women who felt a similar sense of emotion and pride in our country. I was inspired!! I was also surprised by the Black Hills and how much this small area of the state has to see and experience. Also, I typically fish for trout in streams and lakes in the Sierra. I was surprised how fun Walleye fishing was, how talented and skilled (and reassuring) our guide Ray was, and thrilled to have such a personal guided experience! I also realized that traveling with BB was a wonderful experience I will never forget. I live in Southern CA and it is almost impossible to be in a group of like-minded people where I don’t have to hide how I feel. I would tell her to go for it!!! Most travelers are in the same situation and because of the way BB organizes the trip, you have immediate opportunities to share and bond. It was a easy and natural as advertised on your webpage. I noted that not one woman on our trip was isolated or alone. Group activities helped us all bond quickly and the activities were organized so we made fast friendships and all were included. I did feel some minor anxiety before the trip. However, immediately, all of the group reached out to each other and no one was alone. I felt immediate bonding and I was very comfortable from the time we met our hosts and started our drive to the lodge. I cant imagine a better group of women. All were interesting, intelligent and had much to offer. We laughed a lot, talked a lot, and shared a lot!! I would highly recommend to go for it. I will be signing up for another trip! I want to sincerely thank our hosts Jill and Linda May!!! Both of these wonderful ladies made the trip an absolutely unforgettable experience! Both are very different people, but they complimented each other and they worked wonderfully together, tag teaming, and making us all feel comfortable immediately (and that continued every day, with every activity throughout the trip). I want to thank both Jill and Linda May for making us all feel comfortable, included, and for initiating a lot of laughter and fun! I honestly cannot imagine better hosts!!! Both of these ladies are true leaders! and I now consider them friends.

Review: Everyone in the group was friendly and seemed to have lots of fun. I can’t say that any one person stood out as a connection. I was surprised that we weren’t walking the full 100 km. It was nice to see that I got stronger with more walking days. This group is definitely a good option for women who want to travel solo but not alone. You will be welcomed and all your trip details will be handled. Elllen and Kelly — You both did a great job. Thank you for looking after all the details that kept everything running smoothly.

Review: We enjoyed meeting so many people from all over our great country. Each couple was so interesting as they brought their different experiences from their state. Learning that Crazy Horse was privately funded and being created by the same family was very interesting and inspiring. I really loved that. This was a couples trip so it was a little different than your typical trip. That being said, Jane and Kyle were extremely welcoming and made sure each person had what they wanted/needed to enjoy the trip. They looked after everyone and cared for them. Jane and Kyle were extremely welcoming and eager to please everyone. They made sure everyone was happy and had what the needed or wanted to enjoy themselves. It was so nice getting to know them and spending time together. They are wonderful people and hosts. We would definitely travel with Beatrice Bradley again – especially if Jane and Kyle were hosting!

Even though this trip was more challenging physically than I had anticipated, I was proud to have been able to complete it despite my age. Give it a try – you won’t regret it! You will feel at home with like-minded women. Ellen and Kelly were wonderful hosts – making us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey.

Review: My friend that was traveling with me, Cheryl, and I have known each other since first grade. We discovered one of the gals on the trip was married to a friend’s brother. Small world. We immediately became good pals! Mt Rushmore was unbelievably cool! It energized my pride and patriotism and caused me to think deeply about the whole country and how much I DO value being an American. It was a spiritual experience as well. God and Country, in that order. I would tell her that my experience was that everyone was friendly and kind. There was plenty of time to just chat and get to know each other. And the hosts were also wonderful. They made the whole group feel welcome and a part of everything. YES, for sure. Linda May and Jill were always there for us and kept us up to date on important times and itineraries. Since this is my first trip, I have no other comparison, but they were terrific!! I plan on taking more trips, and I would be thrilled to know if one or the other – or both – were the hosts on any trip!!!!

Review: This was a great group of women who messed from the first meeting. Everyone got along with no complaints or bickering. We had fun everyday and everyone cheered on the group. Loved the open skies and prairies of South Dakota. Coming from the east coast you forget how beautiful and open our country is. I loved staying at the lodge and not having to lock the doors to our rooms. The mid-west is very friendly and every stop cemented that feeling to me. Having traveled with women’s groups before all I can say is go for it. I have never had a bad trip and feel being on these women only trips allow us to be open and truthful with each other. You never feel left out. Linda and Jill were exceptional. They are lovely individuals that messed as one unit during the trip

Review: I can’t pick out one singular lady. Everyone was absolutely lovely!! Great energy, and consideration for all. I did this trip to see how the BB was. I travel by myself and was familiar with DC. I am going to Scotland in August 2026, once again by myself. I wanted to make sure this company was a good fit. It is!! If you are not comfortable arranging your fights you can always use a Travel Agent. Once you arrive at your destinations a hostess will meet you at the airport!! Everything is handled from there. Our hostesses were lovely, down to earth, friendly and very helpful!! Thank yall for all you do Sweeties!!

Review: The strength and kindness of woman reinspired me and brought my confidence to a new level!! Brought me back to nature and the entire experience and safety brought happy tears to my eyes! Review: Traveling with a group of woman who were for the most part Christian and love the country was super easy. Connecting and being able to hold a conversation without worrying about backlash was great. My aunt and I chose to go to the Bible Museum during our free time. I did not know how many DC monuments have Bible verses inscribed on them. I have already been spreading this group on my social media page for other single senior ladies who like to travel, but are afraid to go alone. And have been HIGHLY recommending they consider booking with you. Both Kristine and Karla were fabulous! So easy to talk to and worked hard to make the trip for everyone memorable and fun and easy for all. They truly worked hard. this trip was the best experience in a trip I’ve had. Review: Bonding with the lovely women in our group. Everyone was super!! Insights we got at The Pentagon about the wing that was hit on 9/11 recently being reinforced with Kevlar and at Arlington Cemetery about the Eternal Flame being lit for the first time at JFK’s burial gave me knowledge I did not know before. For Heaven’s sake, don’t be as these women are so fantastic and welcome everyone into the group. Besides, you owe fantastic experiences to yourself while you can do them. Our hostesses were just wonderful with making all their organizing seem effortless and they were both super at welcoming everyone with open arms.

Review: All the women on my trip were welcoming, engaging and fun! One great thing was that these ladies were from all across the USA…..All different experiences yet all similar. Additionally we were lucky enough to have an amazing pair of hosts; Kristine and Karla. This trip far exceeded my expectations. I have been to DC twice prior. Once as a teenager, so that almost doesnt count (insert eye roll here) and once about 15 years ago. I didnt see as much as I did on this trip. Rain and an abundance of Veterans every where we went actually added to the “feel” of Memorial Day. I see that holiday totally different now. I am now even more appreciative of the sacrifice that those before me made for our way of life. Quoting Nike here…..JUST DO IT! The women and hostesses watch out for you, and the women for one another. Its a real sisterhood of caring women. No need to be concerned about saftey. They’ve got it covered. You will only be alone if you choose to be. Everyone was friendly. Im not sure how much more I can say about Kristine and Karla that hasnt already been said both in person, in notes, and on our text thread. These two amazing hosts could not have been better. They are both sweet, caring and fun! They worked hard to be sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I hope to have one or even better, both of them again on another trip……

Review: All the ladies were very nice. Kim and Carrie, our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful if anyone needed assistance. I LOVED this destination – we were very fortunate to have fabulous weather – As this was my 3rd trip with BB I was pretty comfortable. The hosts will make sure everyone feels welcomed. Many of the other women will be nervous too – just say “hi”, ask someone where they are from – smile. Remember we are all in the same “boat” – (or bus, etc!). Once you do it you will know what an awesome group BB is. Thank you to both our WONDERFUL hosts ,Kim and Carrie – they were AWESOME!

Review: The Women were all terrific for different reasons. As I heard their stories, collectively I realized how blessed I am to still have my husband, never lost a child, had family supporting me, and good health I shoud not take for granted. The horses, of course. But the surprise after dinner trip to the pier made me near weeping at the power and majesty of the ocean. My senses were all at high alert. It was breathtaking in its magnitude. I would also encourage a roommate. Most of our group chose a private room. I suggest they missed out on a major asset of the tour. My roommate was younger and different from me in many ways, but we found commonality too and I now count her as a friend, not an acquaintance. I hope they both know how much I admire them for their ability to make a group feel comfortable. Kim tackfully handled one person’s objections so perfectly and calmly. She also was a fabulous driver even after ling days with loud chatting at her back. Carrie was unflappable, kind and made a point to make me feel special as I am sure she did everyone else. They are both wonderful testament to BB mission.

Review: I think our host, Kyle and Jane did a great job of making everyone feel at home. Activities were planned and carried out with out a hitch. Being from Texas, it was strange to see it snow in May at Mount Rushmore. Glad we brought some cold weather gear or we would have froze. The trips are well planned and organized so all you have to do is enjoy yourself. Kyle and Jane were great. Both went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you again Kyle for helping me with my new digital camera I bought for this trip.

Review: EVERY trip has been wonderful, travel grows people. I make new friends on every trip. Janet & I connected on the trip to Niagra last summer (first trip for both of us) & have been on 4 more trips together-we have become close “long distance” friends! Americans do not understand “old”. To see buildings built 400 years ago is almost incomprehensible. The architecture, the stories & the scenery were breathtaking. TAKE THE STEP!! You will never be disappointed! Nerves get lost in the warmth & welcome of the hosts, and before long everyone is a vital part of the group. We have all had an “it”-something we never expected & never thought we would survive. Sharing our stories makes us realize we are all survivors. Connie & Sharon were wonderful! Always taking time for each one of us, yet mindful of the group. I love them both! 5 stars for each of them!

Review: Everyone was friendly and funny and very easy to get along with. I was surprised how quickly everyone became friends. Definitely gave me more confidence. I was fearful of the sailboat but within 5 min I was having fun. I’ve flown by myself for vacations with friends and to visit family. I was fearful of going somewhere at 76 where I didn’t know anyone. Within seconds of meeting Kelly and 2 other ladies at the airport we became friends and spent a great afternoon together. I could never have imagined that. When someone felt ill our host never left her, plus everyone was ready to help whether it was conversation or advice. I never felt alone. My hosts Melissa and Kelly may never know what this trip meant to me. They were warm and truly friendly to say the least. I was hesitant to take my first trip, but they were beyond welcoming. I haven’t stopped talking about the trip. They really cared about everyone and made sure everyone had fun. I didn’t stop laughing!!!

Review: It was a wonderful experience. The host were excellent and the ladies came from everywhere and were fun to be around..I enjoyed every person and every host and every activity.. some were a little harder than others, but you were never pushed. I knew Hawaii was beautiful, but I didn’t realize it was as pretty and calm as it was. You cannot describe the beauty. The waterfalls were amazing.. Everyone made you feel welcome. I never once felt afraid or excluded. The host did a wonderful job of including everyone. everyone that attended this group acted like we knew each other forever.. it’s a small group and that’s what I like about it. Dana and Jessica were awesome. They answered any questions you have and they drove very good. I cannot believe they’re driving skills to the road to Hana. Karen was very informative and sent text message out every day.. I do not have anything bad to say about the hosts. They were excellent.

Review: There were several ladies I enjoyed getting to know. I am an extrovert, so there really isn’t a person I didn’t get to know. There are a few ladies I will be keeping in touch with through social media and maybe go another trip with them. It was a breath of fresh air to be surrounded by women who are “like minded”. When I first inquired about this trip I did ask Lindsey point blank, “Are there going to be any liberal women that you know of on this trip?” I was not going to pay a lot of money for a trip and be with women that are not equally yoked with me. The whole trip inspired me. To be in DC during the 250th Memorial Day celebration all over the city was beyond my expectation. I wish I had more time to see it all!! No real change as to how I see the world or myself. We live in a fallen world and have veered so far away from what I think our Founding Fathers wanted for this country. That was me…so I paid for my sister to join me because I have never travelled alone. I am recently widowed and my husband told me to find a travel buddy. I would have no problems traveling with BB alone. I have already told several of my lady friends about BB. The hosts Karla and Kristen were welcoming, patient, inclusive, kind, funny & so much more. It takes a special woman to organize 12 ladies with ALL different personality styles…and we had that in our group. They managed us very well!! They really made the trip a positive experience for many of us first timers. They set the bar high and I hope other host(s) that I get can keep it that high!! LOL

Review: All the leaders were excellent. Wynndy was especially careful when we got to the airport to see that I would make it home. I didn’t have the proper TSA docs. The trip was excellent. In the beautiful lodge, we got to know each other. There was a LOT of laughing. I’d say we were a bit bawdy in a fun, innocent, girlish way. I thought it was interesting that two of my friends chose not to see shows in Dollywood, but they walked around the circumference. Wanted to get steps in instead. I liked that it was okay for 75-year-old me to have a bloody Mary for breakfast. And another cocktail for lunch. The food was delicious. I’m still trying to lose the 4 pounds I gained. I could have eaten more wisely, some women did. The shopping was fun. The hot tub was great. Hot tubs are, in my book. I’ve been dreaming about women in my house. It’s just me and my husband. Anyway, I will definitely do this again. Next time I will share a room with someone, since that reduces the expense. Dolly’s sense of religion and prayer was inspiring. She says a prayer every time before she walks on stage. She inspired me to pray more, myself. Meeting all the ladies, many of whom are widows was revealing. Mostly they were bright and positive, with a few exceptions in my companions. I loved that these were conservative women. I feel lucky that I found my group. Thank you. I felt comfortable. Politics wasn’t a main topic, but people knew what I was talking about if I mentioned something and vice versa. I got emotional learning that many women were either in the military or law enforcement or had husbands and sons in the military. My heart goes out to these people and sometimes for their sacrifice. Most women I know are supportive of other women. And that was certainly the case with this group. Some women weren’t talkative, but I don’t think anyone felt left out. I am friendly, as are many others. I wanted to get my toenails polished. And sent a text about it to the leaders, which everyone read. Someone said “So, you’re the one!” The leader defended me on the side. But it was fine. They said “This is your trip! Do what you want!!” You guys were fantastic. Sweet and fun. Mama bears. A few people thought the food was too much. But nobody made me eat it. I did gain 4 pounds, which I’m, slowly losing. Man, Wynndy, you are a fast walker. Hope your meniscus is a-okay. Kristi, thanks helping with the toenail service. They’re still looking good. Your tattoo was tender and heart-warming. It was a wonderful trip for me. I’ve been dreaming about women in my house. It’s confusing when I first wake up. Where are they? What are we doing today? Linda Mae, your service made me emotional. I’ll be doing this again. Unfortunately, not soon. Next time, I’ll share a room since it’s cheaper. But it was a fantastic experience. And thanks for letting me find my people: conservative women!!

Review: All the connections were meaningful! One in particular was the woman who was extremely nervous about the harbor sailing. She ended up overjoyed and full of laughter (some of the time at me—very good-natured). Her joy lifted my spirits! Having the Freedom Trail tour guide so passionate about the history and teaching us so much. I reveled in the details about America’s Bostonian founding fathers. Go anyway and know the hosts will treat her like their dear sister from the moment she gets to baggage claim at the airport. Melissa and Kelly were amazing! They truly made us feel like their dearest friends, having conversations with each of us and all of us. I appreciated the texts before each morning began and at the end of each day. Since I don’t do FB, I appreciated the extra effort to text photos to me.

Review: Being together with old friends as well as connecting with new friends was great. It was terrific to have the lodge all to ourselves so we could have a glorified hen/slumber party every night! Just seeing the mountains in all their glory makes one realize how insignificant we are in the scheme of things. Do not be as we are all in your shoes plus you deserve to treat yourself to new experiences while you can! Our three hostesses, Linda May, Kristie and Wyndy, went way out of their normal duties to cook breakfast for us, buy food and DRINKS and negotiate those horrendous hilly turns while driving us.

Safety is the biggest concern for me. With BB you do not ever need to be by yourself unless you wish to be. Hostesses make certain everyone is accounted for at each travel venue. Review: I reconnected with a friend from my first trip to Washington DC last December. This time we decided to travel as roommates. I also made several new friends, one in particular who I hope to stay in contact with. Visiting Niagara Falls reminded me of what a mighty God we have who created so much Beauty for us to enjoy! The force and magnitude of the fall reinforced God‘s strength and Majesty. It reminded me that the world is so big! It reminded me that imperatively I am so small, and yet God still cares for me. I was also reminded that there are so many wonderful places to visit here in the US and was encouraged to keep on traveling as much as I can! If you’re nervous about traveling alone, Beatrice Bradley is the way to do it! Our hosts were so caring and conscientious, to do their best to make sure everybody enjoyed themselves and was taken care of. This type of traveling where everything is arranged and done for us, makes it so easy and enjoyable. The other women on the trip have always been lovely and so friendly… My advice would be give it a try! You would be happy that you did. Karen and Suzanne were wonderful hosts! From the time we met at the airport until the time we said goodbye, there was a feeling of genuine Karen concern for each one of their guests. Their enthusiasm to see it all was contagious! And traveling in a small group like this is great because we get to know our hosts as well as fellow travelers.

Review: Each woman on our trip brought a wealth of life experiences that enabled us to instantly connect. We could empathize over past challenges and laugh about lessons learned together as if old friends within minutes of meeting. There’s a very real rich quality of life that comes from being together with like minded women of our age group once won’t easily find elsewhere. Beatrice Bradley does an amazing job introducing travelers to each other well in advance so that any pretrip apprehension that may exist is minimized. I took this trip for a few distinct reasons. I’m considering relocating to Tennessee and had never been there. This trip enabled me to taste the area I’m interested in moving to. Tennessee and specifically the eastern part of the state, is gracious and beautiful. Secondly; I was excited to learn it was being hosted by the amazing Linda-May Poche (who I’ve grown to love, when she hosted my first Bb trip: Round Top,TX) while doing so! In addition, I grew to know a bit more about Dolly Parton. I honestly and frankly sadly, must admit I did not know her story nor much of her career until this trip and I’m thankful to have had that opportunity to appreciate this amazing woman. She represents the best example our country offers as an American. Beatrice Bradley hosts experiences that feel like brunch with your best friends on a sunny Saturday afternoon. You will feel welcomed. Everyone will be happy you came. You will sit down, relax and be served. Your meal will be amazing and drinks flowing cuz there’s no timeline. Stories are shared, laughter will ring out. You will explore and maybe shop. And it goes on for days. In the end you go home with treasures: memories, trinkets, friendships!! Kristi, Linda-May and Wynndy were an amazing team who made each day seemingly flawless for us. I wrote a personal note to each the final day however Beatrice Bradley staff should know they are very unique and talented women. I’m thankful I have had this past week to get to know each of them and watch them work their magic.

Review: This was the best trip ever! This was my 5th trip with Beatrice Bradly. I don’t know how they do it, but each trip was always somewhat better than the last trip in some small ways. I’m trying to figure out which trip I want to go on next!! The beauty of Hawaii will stay with me forever! The weather was perfect, everyone was friendly and a most beautiful state in our country. The luau was amazing!! The beaches and waterfalls were spectacular; the food was out of this world. Pearl Harbor was helpful in understanding the reasons why my dad was a Marine in WWII . Another bucket list trip checked off! Nothing to fear!!! I was a bit nervous about my first trip a few years ago, wondering if I made the right decision choosing a travel company. It didn’t take long to realize that was just wasted energy on my part. It was the perfect decision! From the moment they met us at the airport until they dropped us off, everything was taken care of. No worries at all. I have to comment that it was wonderful traveling with other conservative women. None of us really ever talked politics, but it was nice to not have that subject hanging over our heads. Of course I would. Karen, Jessica and Dana worked endlessly to provide help, information and I should mention this, are so much fun. Each one brought something different to the table. I would love it if they were hosts for another trip that I take. This was my second trip with Karen. She also hosted my very first trip which was the Balloon Fest in Albuquerque. Another wonderful trip that I often recommend. I can’t wait to meet up with you again!

Review: The life wisdom shared with me by the older women. How pristine the destination was and how the Ecuadorian National Park Service maintains the environment. Our naturalist guides were fabulous with knowledge and information. Just do it! I was concerned about traveling with all women – turned out to be an amazing experience! There was no pressure to participate in everything and the schedule was busy – in a good way! However, I was made comfortable enough to embrace my limitations and take a break when needed. Suzanne and Lynne were wonderful and had some interesting things to deal with! They took everything in stride and made all feel welcome! Hope to cross paths with them again on another trip!

Review: Within 15 minutes of meeting everyone, we blended as if we had known each other all of our lives. This made the entire trip such a joy. The Pipiwai trail was a challenge to all of us. I was determined to complete the 2 mile hike in to the falls and the 2 mile hike out, which I did. It took me a little longer than the others as I do use a cane, but I did complete it and proved to myself that I can do anything as long as I set my mind to it. Dana was a blessing – he was with me the entire time and helped me when needed in difficult areas. I could not have completed the hike without him. Do not be afraid – take the step to go on your first trip. Everything is so well planned and executed, you don’t even have to think for yourself. Everyone takes such good care of each individual – it was truly amazing. Dana, Jessica, and Karen were all wonderful hosts. I cannot say enough about Dana – he was such an asset on this trip, not only for myself, but for all the ladies. There were things I would not have been able to do had it not been for Dana. All of the hosts are extremely attentive and keep you well informed every step of the way. There are not words to express how wonderful these 3 were.

Review: There were two hosts and two travellers whom I had met on previous trips. It was great to see familiar, friendly faces. That said, I met wonderful women and ended up having deep conversations with them. We’ve all had a lot of life experience to share. I enjoyed every interaction with them. Hawaii was a but more challenging than I thought it would be. I would recommend actual hiking shoes or boots. On the first hike, at Diamond Head, while descending, my toes hit against my toe box and were sore and bruised the rest of the trip. Also, getting in a day or two beforehand would be helpful in adjusting to the time change. It was a 6 hour difference for me. Hawaii is absolutely gorgeous and I think that our itinerary was perfect. The luau was very entertaining. The variety of experiences was great and the Road to Hana? My favorite. I was nervous at first, so I understand. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and make you feel welcome, starting at the airport. They handle the details so that all you have to do is enjoy your trip. I’ve been on three trips and every host has been awesome. I knew Jessica and Karen from previous trips. It was great getting to know them a little better. Jessica is a calm, steady presence. I’ve witnessed her handling some difficulties without getting ruffled. Karen is a bundle of energy and goes out of her way to assist a nervous traveler. I wasn’t sure about having a man on the trip, but I can’t imagine the experience without Dana there! He’s an excellent driver and I watched him encourage, interact with and protect each and every one of us.

Review: I truly believe connecting with the other women on the trip. I was the youngest and many of them are widows. The main connection was we all have similar political views/opinions. Makes a huge difference when traveling and being in constant, daily contact. For me personally is to always appreciate our loved ones. I do but will extra since being around all these women who are widows. We have lived abroad previously so it nice traveling back but also nice coming home! Many times in life we all must seize the opportunity to step out of our comfort zone. That is how we grow and become more confident. We absolutely loved our hostesses with the mostest!! I had traveled with host Ellen before, so it was great to travel with her again, traveling alone was more comfortable because I knew she would be traveling too. By the end of the trip we become more comfortable with each other, more at ease, more ourselves, having 13 good friends by the end of the trip. It is makes for a better experience. I knew very little about Scotland, so had no expectations. The beauty of the country stays with me. I am not a city person, I appreciate the countryside, the lazy 2 lane roads, the countryside dotted with homes here and there, livestock meandering everywhere, it was a never ending postcard. The contrast of ancient castles smack in the middle of modern cities is fun to explore. The thought of traveling alone can be paralyzing, depending on your own previous travel experiences. I have found BB trips to be the perfect way to travel alone. I loved traveling, I had worked for the airlines, so traveled quite a bit, but never alone. This small group travel is a perfect way to travel alone. There are so many travel groups out there with groups of 40-50 people, that size group actually pushes me away. So many of us follow BB on social media for a while before taking a trip. My advice, trust yourself, don’t let fear or uneasiness stop you from moving on and enjoying your life. New experiences are what help us grow, someone needs your friendship and you will find them on a BB trip. Jane and Ellen are awesome. They are friends and that love, respect and friendship between them is evident in all their interactions with the group. They exude love and friendship and respect of everyone and it makes an incredible difference in interactions. They were truly wonderful hosts, I can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

Review: All of the group got along and were even willing to be silly with “Whack-A-Mole” in the tulip fields! The hotel room had a wonderful view and a natural gas fireplace! A wonderful quiet oasis after a full day. The ladies formed an easy bond that pleasantly surprised me. Our group jelled and the hostesses were intent on including each of us and making us feel welcome. Kim and Happy, thank you for herding us cats so well! I could tell that you really cared about each of us and wanted us to have a positive experience. Flip 7 was fun as was “Whack-A-Mole” ! The laughter was contagious and really needed by some of us. Review: I think the entire group experience was what made this trip so fun! The hostesses were engaging and made a point to make each member feel cared about. This was my first time to the northwest states. The beauty of Washington was breathtaking. Driving a scoop coupe would not have been something I would have done by myself but with the group it was a blast! I came with a friend. I was a bit hesitant about coming alone but when I showed the trip to a friend, she signed up before I did! Based on the Tulip trip I would not hesitant to go on another BB trip if I had to go alone. Review: Its very hard to say exactly. This group of women all gelled very well together. I found common interests in several of the women (different women, different common interests). I feel I connected well with both of our hosts who made the trip extremely fun and enjoyable. Seeing the tulip fields in all their beauty, the farmland surrounding the Mt. Vernon/LaConner area as well as the beautiful mountains and landscapes reminded me of how Beautiful God’s creation is. I enjoyed many new experiences on this trip from taking a solo trip, to driving a scooter (similar to a motorcycle but without a clutch), enjoying the beauty of nature and meeting new people – really took me out of my comfort zone. I felt personal growth in meeting new people as well as doing/learning new things. I would tell her to “GO FOR IT!”. I myself was nervous and hesitate (it took me almost two years to book a trip after a friend told me about Beatrice Bradley). My hosts had so much to do with making me feel welcome from the moment I met them (the hosts) at the airport, to introducing ourselves to each other (fellow travelers) and the ride in the 15 person van. Having name tags on the first day or so helped and no one was offended if you forgot their name. All you had to do was ask. I would tell her to make sure she had an open mind and willing spirit to enjoy all the events planned for the trip she picked out. Be willing to step out of your comfort zone and you will have a fabulous time Our hosts (Kim and Happy) were THE BEST! Everything was well coordinated; there was constant communication on what we were doing next, where we were to meet up, what time we needed to be there, etc. One of the things I really appreciated was the amount of picture taking (both group and individual) they did. We even had a group get together before dinner one night to “air drop” all the photos to each others phones. Kim was always willing to take extra photos of you if you wanted. Happy was very instrumental in getting people together to play games, take pictures, etc. She interviewed everyone as a way of getting to know the women of the group and then made a game out of it to see how much we had found out about each other. Kim and Happy made my trip so enjoyable that I am looking forward to my next trip with Beatrice Bradley. I had an opportunity today to talk about my trip and one of the questions i was asked is if I would do another trip with Beatrice Bradley. I said in a “heartbeat” I would go again. Review: I’m an extreme introvert. This amazing group of women had a way of pulling me in and making me feel part of the group. I loved the hotel! Small, impeccable and friendly. The staff members went out of their way to make us feel like their most important guests. The daily trips were wonderful. I went for tulips, but loved the San Juan Island adventures, too. Take the leap. You will not find a more supportive, friendly group of women. You will feel supported and befriended from the start. There are no strangers on a Beatrice Bradley trip. Our hosts, Kim and Happy, were simply amazing. They were open and friendly to all of us and there was no request too big or small that they wouldn’t try to accommodate. They made the trip infinitely better. They had their stuff together throughout. From overall friendliness and helpfulness to amazing behind-the-scenes logistics support, they were rock stars. I know from experience how hard it is to be “on” when leading multiday events; they made it look easy.

Review: All the women were nice and friendly. I was meeting a lady from a previous trip as well as one of the hosts that was on my previous trip so that was great to reconnect. Pictures don’t do justice. There are no words. To be on the shore and see and hear the ocean was awesome. To see and feel the waterfalls. To taste the food that was incredible every time. To hike like never before in an environment that was so incredible all along having the support and encouragement from the group. Being a backward and often shy person I was nervous. I was also very nervous about flying alone but knowing people knew my itinerary and they were there waiting on me and just a phone call/text away for help it relieved a lot of nerves but….now knowing I can do it has opened up so many options for future traveling. I was taking a different route home and the hostess took the time to walk me down thru the airport, show me where I needed to go, how to print tags at the kiosk. etc. I would recommend this to anyone 100%. No regrets…10/10 !!!! Just do it, you won’t regret it !! All of the hostesses are great, very helpful and attentive. On my trip I have to compliment Dana as he was so helpful. Always opened the van doors and offered assistance out. Retrieved bags from rooms and loading. Going to 4 different hotels this was a challenge and checked bags are heavy and this was such a help. Great driver too. I would not have ventured and done what I did had he not been there. I am an independent woman, live alone and self sufficient but he was so respectful and kind it allowed me to be comfortable pushing my boundaries hiking further, jumping in the falls, snorkeling and swimming at black beach. Knowing he had an eye on us and had our backs if we got in trouble was great and allowed us to make so many more memories. I left proud of myself with no regrets !! The trip was perfect, well planned and executed.

Review: Honestly it was with my sister in law. We have always been close but never done anything like this together. It allowed for us to learn things about each other that we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. The ladies we traveled with were fun and I enjoyed getting to know all of them. We all came from varied backgrounds and experiences, but we meshed like old friends. Boy….I had many opportunities to step out of my comfort zone. Having recently lost over 100 pounds with 2 knee replacements mobility has been an issue my whole adult life. Feeling confident in my own skin has also been an issue. I made every hike, swam in a waterfall, and felt ok sitting in very public places in my swimsuit! I appreciated the support and encouragement I received from the hosts (especially Dana), my sister in law and the other ladies. Im a new woman! Haha This was a nerve racking experience for me as I have never traveled anywhere without my husband. My sister in law had been researching and I agreed to do it Everyone was respectful and kind and I never felt uncomfortable. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Accommodations and restaurants were excellent. I loved every minute. Anyone who is considering a trip with BB can feel confident that you won’t regret it. Jess, Karen, and Dana were excellent hosts. I felt they were enjoying themselves and cared about me. I appreciated all the support I received on the trip. Honestly I tried some things that I never would have because Dana was right there telling me he would be there to help me. He went above ans beyond to help us with everything! Karen and I had some similarities in life stories that were fun to share, and Jess was right there holding us all together. Jess was always willng to do whatever we wanted to like early sunrises and late night swims. She also took one of my favorite pics of the trip. I think that the three of them added to the trip in immeasurable ways. I feel very lucky that they were my hosts for my first BB experience.

Review: I really enjoyed connecting with everyone. Jessica, Karen and Dana were so easy to talk and the rest of the ladies were also and open and enjoyable. Making friends makes the trip! The Outrigger in Maui was the best for this and the Road to Hana (Shaka guide) was also great. The Outrigger’s cultural center was the best! Teaching Hawaiian culture and classes made my trip very special. I learned a lot. Just do it! The hosts are fantastic and very inclusive. Most all the women are open and want to make new friendships. Some women are dealing with special circumstances and may need more space but that is no reflection of their kindness. Everyone is kind and in vacation mode. I experienced a happy group of women that experienced life in all forms but didn’t allow their troubles steal their joy. Dana taking us snorkeling was my favorite part! Jessica and Karen were also great and easy to connect with! The communication was good and helped everyone feel comfortable. They all worked hard to please us and they were very successful. I would have enjoyed one free day at the Maui resort. I know I could have stayed back (and I should have, my fault) but I wanted to participate with the group activities. The resort is so beautiful and I didn’t get to appreciate it to the fullest.

Review: Connection with ladies with different backgrounds. I was traveling alone for the first time since my husband passed away. I was apprehensive about the trip, but everyone made me feel welcome. Ladies continued to text each other after the trip and checked in to let each other know they had arrived safely home. Seeing the snow-covered mountains along the shoreline, breathtaking. Taught me I can do it I can travel alone with a group to meet up with. Accommodations, excursions, and meals exceeded my expectations. Always had water and snacks available if we needed it. I would say go for it! You got this! Be friendly and smile. Be open to new experiences. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and showed interest in getting to know us as a group and individuals. Kim was wonderful! Always a smile on her face. She was very organized. Always let us know in advance what time we needed to meet for excursions, time to get to the van, meet for meals etc. She was open to anything that the group threw at her like taking pictures of each of us on our balcony at the hotel. Always checking on each of us if we needed anything. Would love to go on a trip again with her. Always did a head count to be sure we were all there on departure to each destination and on the way back to the hotel. Happy “interviewed” each of us to learn about our life. She then made up a quiz including a question about everyone as we took the ferry to San Juan Island. It was fun to learn about the other women on the group. She took many pictures and shared with everyone. She brought up the rear of the group to keep us all together. Always with a smile on her face too. Would also take another trip with her. Both Kim and Happy worked well together. They make a great team!

Review: This was my second trip with BB. Hosts were beyond excellent. I loved both hosts on my first trip, and had high expectations for my second. Those expectations were exceeded. Wynndy and Kim were wonderful. The ladies in this group were overall closer to my age than on my first trip. There were also more widows and I made meaningful relationships with several. Two also live in the DFW area and we have discussed getting together and hopefully scheduling another BB trip together. There was one lady that had been on my first trip, so it was nice to “know” someone. The moped/car drive was so enjoyable and gave me more confidence than I expected. I had been interested in the tulip festival for over 15 years and it did not disappoint. Overall, I just feel so blessed to be able, physically, mentally and financially, to enjoy these experiences. Travel has always been important in my life, but after losing my husband, and at my age, it was challenging to find the right fit for me. BB was my first foray into group travel, and I feel so fortunate to have had great experiences so far. I would tell her that she will feel welcomed from the moment she meets her hosts and will have no worries about feeling safe and cared for. If circumstances arise that alter scheduled plans the hosts know what to do to ensure that the trip is still enjoyable. I am not a “life of the party” type, but with each trip I have felt more confident meeting and getting to know my fellow travelers and hosts. You may have more in common with some than others, but everyone can still enjoy each other’s company. Wynndy and Kim are wonderful hosts. After just four days I felt like I had known them for years! They were both such a big part of making the trip so enjoyable.

Review: Meeting so many Conservative women was a huge blessing. I heard from one of the ladies about the BB trip she took to the Inauguration party at the Trump Doral and that was such a fun thing to learn about. I didn’t know about BB that far back, so I had no idea you all did that kind of thing. The whole of Vancouver was such a surprise, so green (I’m from the desert!) and lush. Everywhere we went was so beautiful. I would tell her DON’T BE NERVOUS!! Such wonderful people and our hostesses were so helpful, gracious and incredible. I sent them a personal text, but just let Becky & Karla know how much I appreciated ALL they did for us. I fell late in the trip, and they helped me so much. I was really blessed by it all.

Review: Enjoyed meeting ladies with similar backgrounds that we could share mutual experiences. Learned about how the weather patterns in that area of Washington are much different than I thought. It rarely gets below freezing or snows. And that’s why the plants grow so well there. Review: The experience reminded me of going off to college. Everyone is anxious about not knowing anyone and everyone wants to make friends. All the ladies were friendly and full of laughs. Just making the decision to go! I’m independent but going on a trip and not knowing anyone was hard. You always hear how dangerous NYC is. I felt 100% safe and knew the hosts were there to help if needed. Just do it! I liked having to contact information of the ladies prior to our trip. 2 of the guests were arriving at the airport within 10 minutes of me. I was able to text them and they agreed to look for me at baggage claim. And wonderful Linda-May was already there. Liz and Linda-May are amazing hosts. They answered all my questions and were really helpful. They both have such welcoming personalities, that I felt completely comfortable with them.

I now am ready to see more of the east coast. I would tell her the hostesses are so great. They will not let you feel alone as we do so much as a group and the other ladies really look out for you. Review: Comraderie with several of the women in the group while touring an amazing city. The 9/11 exhibit gave a sense of how I never want our country to be vulnerable again. The broadway show “Wicked” gave me just how much artistry and skill can be in a theater production. The fact that Manhattan is densely crowded with the most diverse population in the world and yet they get along, are productive, and somehow make it work. You are never alone unless you want to be. The great thing about women is that they want to help. Even though the hosts made all arrangements and kept in good text contact it was the fellow travelers that were around me most to answer the questions of where do I need to go and be this particular moment. Liz and LindaMay you herded a group of kittens through the crowded sidewalks and trafficked streets of New York city without a single mishap. Quite a feat! We got to see and experience lots of varied things. It was well worth it to me and I think to the other women as well. Next time I’ll schedule 2 solid days of rest at home after the trip.

Review: I wasn’t sure what to expect, but so happy with how cohesive this group of ladies were. Our hosts, Karla and Becky, were wonderful, very responsive to everyone, and really made us so comfortable. I loved the whale watching, Butchard Gardens, and spending time in Victoria. I’ve wanted to travel for a long time and seeing all of the ladies in my group be so brave and confident was a much-needed confidence booster. Several ladies shared their stories and were so candid about their lives. I tend to stay in my little world and was inspired to travel more. I would tell her to go for it. After this trip, I will go on more. Maybe my group was an exception, but I feel like we were our own little family the week we spent together. Absolutely!!! Karla and Becky were the best hosts we could’ve possibly had. They 100% took care of us, spent time with us individually when the opportunity presented itself, and didn’t seem to ever get flustered trying to work out logistics.

Review: Spending time with a friend I made a year and a half ago on the snake/salmon river trip. We laughed and got to know each other better. And look forward to another trip. Also meeting new friends. The ladies were amazing and so much fun. Becky and Karla were first class all the way. Was great to get to know them as well. It was also nice having just our group on the tour buses. The people of Vancouver were extremely nice and helpful. From hotel staff to wait staff to our bus drivers. Most everyone reached out in some way the first night. I knew it was going to be a great experience for everyone when every meal ladies sat next to different people. I do not think anyone felt like an outsider. Thank you both for coordinating everything and everyone. Communication was above and beyond. I feel that is key to keeping everyone on time.

Review: I got to catch up with Wynndy Sampson again. I loved the hostess Kim Couey also. All the ladies were nice. I had a good connection to “short” Terri, as she used to live in Fontana–20 miles from where I live. It turns out she attended the church Water of Life that I occasionally attend for their singles ministries. And she knows the Inland Empire where I live. Marie helped me text my airport ride to let them know my flight home was delayed. She and I traveled together on a previous trip, as also Wendy from Huntington Beach. Was a very great group of ladies overall. Seeing the tulips and the hard work and the Dutch influence of tulip-raising and gardening was a real eye opener. The tulips were huge and available in a variety of bright, vibrant colors. When we were walking through La Conner, we learned that every Thursday the city delivers a bunch of tulips of varied colors to the storefront businesses on First St (at least). Also, the shop clerk told us to puncture 1 inch below the flower base to keep the tulips erect for the whole week long and prevent them from sagging. Most every trip I have been on–despite the change in characters each trip–the ladies just seem to meld exceptionally well with things they can each relate to and just in general. They have always been a friendly and welcoming group all along the way and easy to get along with. One thing to keep in mind–if anything, one can always hang a bit with the hostesses at first until you feel more comfortable with the rest of the ladies. I would like to thank Wynndy Sampson again for her energy, flexibility, and abilities and desires to always go above and beyond to make the trip run smooth. She took us to “Hailey’s” a recommended by the ferry guy bar and grill to chill and have drinks when the ferry was running very late on San Juan Island. Kim really was an excellent and supportive co-hostess who always was literally there for us, helping ladies boost up to the high-in step on the large passenger bus. Also, she was a very safe and good driver. She drove the moped with me as a passenger on San Juan Island, as I really had no desire to try and drive the thing, and kept praising me for keeping her on the proper roads using the map they gave us. The hostesses are truly a great team together.

Review: This trip had several widows (like me) and it was a great connection. But I enjoyed visiting with the single/married travelers as well. This group just felt like we all connected throughout our daily excursions. In spite of the weather, this was a beautiful place to visit. This was my first solo trip (traveled with a friend my first trip) so it was especially rewarding to know that I could do it and I met some amazing women. I’m looking forward to another BB trip with a couple of the women I met on this one-so a real positive experience for me. I’m an introvert myself and would tell anyone interested in taking a Beatrice Bradley trip that “you can do it!” We ended up feeling like a happy family by the end of the trip and the more outgoing ones kept us quiet ones involved! This was my second trip with Wynndy—she was as personable, efficient, hilarious, and fun to be with as usual. All of the ladies were nice and pleasant to share this trip with—I met several that I immediately clicked with and hope to see again. I did not know anything about the area we traveled to. I had been to Seattle, but La Conner was a wonderful, quaint town I would love to visit again. I also had no idea that there was an area with such gorgeous tulips! This was my sixth trip, and every trip’s hosts were so welcoming and made sure everyone had a wonderful time. They always take care of EVERYTHING—it is so comforting to know that you can just show up, make new friends, and have the time of your life! There are never any “cliques.” I have only had FANTASTIC experiences. Wynddy and Kim were always so calm, gracious, and upbeat. When there was an unexpected glitch (like some ferries being cancelled), they were not phased at all, but handled the unexpected beautifully. It is comforting to know we are in such good hands with our Beatrice Bradley hosts.

Review: Our hosts Sharon and Melissa were so accommodating to our group and did everything possible to enhance our experience Visiting the Grand Ole Opry after having watched performances there on tv was very inspiring by reminding me how generously God has blessed me. I have told others who were a little nervous to just try it. Because most others are also traveling solo and are all from the same general age range and beliefs, it’s so easy to all get along. Both Sharon and Melissa were extremely accommodating. A few of our travelers were having some physical difficulties and although the plan had been to walk to most places we were visiting, they made sure that those who couldn’t walk very far were offered Uber.

Review: We were lucky enough to have only a total of 8 on this trip, including our hostesses. It was so nice to have such a small group. It was especially nice to have a small group because there were miles of shopping that could be done & having a large group would be hard to keep up with. The accommodations we had were delightful! The rooms were so nice & the beds were extremely comfortable! Having the large kitchen/living area to all gather is was perfect. There was nothing I didn’t like on this trip. We had one woman who had never traveled with BB & she didn’t really know what to expect. We all got along beautifully & she felt totally comfortable even the first night together. You just have to try one trip to feel comfortable. The hostesses are so good at making all feel welcome & included. I was lucky enough to have Kelly Kittleson for a second time. She is such a kind lady. And meeting Linda Mae Poche great! She is so fun. They took such good care us. They prepared our breakfast each day & had it ready even for the early risers. Kelly & Linda were a big part of why this trip was so fun. They pay great attention to details & make sure everyone is happy. The were both very safe drivers of the van we had. If someone asked a question they didn’t have an answer to, they immediately searched for & gave us the answer. They went above & beyond my expectations!! I look forward to traveling with them again.

Review: What I appreciate most about the Beatrice Bradley group is the instant camaraderie I feel with my fellow travelers. We are not only sharing experiences, we share values as well. I was struck by the vastness of Arlington National Cemetery, and the changing of the guard was very moving. I was a little anxious to travel across the country by myself, but I knew from previous BB trips that I would be well taken care of once I reached my destination. Review: This trip was unique in that we stayed at a private ranch allowing us all the slow leisurely time in a very peaceful setting to engage and bond. Each of us felt like fast friends from the beginning. The size of the trip allowed us to bond individually with each guest as well as each host, and all of us remarked on how meaningful it was to us. Personally, this was my first BB adventure. I’m a seasoned traveler. This trip was unique to me as it was expressly booked to allow me time to heal and decompress after extremely difficult 3 yrs. It exceeded any expectation and was exactly what I needed at the perfect time. I had traveled to Dallas for a conference years ago but knew nothing of Texas. I was surprised at the beauty in the Round Top area. Rolling hills, trees and ranch land was lovely countryside and lended to the relaxed laid back country vibe. Of course the patriotic Texans with their welcoming hearts added much to this experience and, dang you gotta love those beautiful, sassy women in cowboy boots and shabby-chic fashion! Thanks to Laura, native Texan, I learned there’s a difference between “cowboy” and “western” wear. And Linda May taught me the difference between “bless your heart”, and “bless your pea-pick’s heart”… seriously important! Donjia had a fantastic creative eye for treasures with potential, Mary T dry humor kept all of us in stitches, both Claire and Mary brought such amazing backgrounds, as did Kelly and Linda May. I came away richer having known the women in this group. Each of us had the time to truly connect. I learned there’s true value in this trip was the wealth of experience and value of each woman. A blessing we sometimes forget.

Review: There were several special people that I met during this trip. My roommate Mary Goff from Casper, WY where I have several family connections. Our two hostesses Becky Lysdahl and Ellen Swanson. Fellow FLorida members including Susan Collins. Everyone was fun to be around. Our guide who explained several details about the monuments and restaurants we visited Tuesday and Thursday. Our hostesses, Becky and Ellen, reached out to us two weeks before the trip, which made us feel very comfortable as we flew in the first day. They texted us as we landed and met us in baggage claim. They were like Mother Hens throughout the trip, watching over us and making sure everything was perfect. We were never left apart from the group and were made to feel inclusive. Review: I can’t single out one single woman – each and every one of them was genuine, personable and thoughtful, with a caring and generous spirit. I do have to single out the two hostesses, Ellen and Becky, for genuinely caring about the well-being and happiness of all of us. It’s a comforting feeling to be cared for so sweetly after all these years of being the caregiver for my family! I have actually been to Washington DC many times in my life. However, I’d never been on the Capitol tour, to Arlington National Cemetery or the National Cathedral and even some of the newer memorial monuments! There’s always something else to see and experience! I did have the pleasure of traveling with my sister. However, I was initially going on this trip alone with no hesitation, but thought my sister would enjoy it too after having cared for her husband for the last seven months who was recovering from a broken bag. Review: The entire trip was amazing. The hosts were so down to earth and incredibly helpful. Was fun getting to know women from across the country, formed a connection with a wonderful woman from Tennessee. The tour company BB uses in DC, in particular the guide, Becca, was incredible with her knowledge of the history of DC. I loved the fact that EVERYTHING was taken care of once I arrived at the airport in DC. There was no stress on my part having to make tour arrangements, figure out where to eat, rental vehicle, where to stay, etc. Easiest trip I have ever taken. Review: Meeting ladies from several other states was very special. Great group of women. Our two hostesses, Ellen and Kristine were super! Handled every detail with a smile and professionalism. This was my first visit to Washington D.C. It has always been on my bucket list to visit. Our nation’s capital is beautiful and filled with so much history. I felt so proud to be an American and was very moved when touring all of the memorials, museums, the National Cathedral, the Capitol Building, and Arlington Cemetery. Every American should make an effort to visit. Beatrice Bradley’s tour included all this and more. I highly recommend this BB tour. I was a single traveler on my first trip to Texas with BB. It was great fun, and I still stay in touch with a few of the ladies living all over the U.S. Because BB takes care of everything, even meeting you at the airport, it is a wonderful way to travel for a single person. Since my very first trip to Texas, I have been on three more trips all over the U.S. Being a widow and taking trips with BB makes traveling a pleasurable experience. Review: I was the only one to have a roommate on this trip and we had a wonderful time! It was her first trip and I daresay it won’t be her last. She was so much fun. I have had great experiences with roommates in the past and I think it is nice to share the day, the experiences and plan for the next day with someone. Not to mention giggling like schoolgirls as we try to go to sleep.. haha. I have met lifelong friends with this group and I can’t wait to go on my next adventure. The beauty of the red rocks were awe-inspiring! Loved the scenery everywhere we went. Our trip up the Slick Rock adventure in a Hummer was incredible, did not expect the roller coaster ride we were on, but it was amazing. I also did not know the area was where so many movies and commercials have been filmed, that was cool and to take a horse back ride through the fields where John Wayne rode in Rio Grande…..so surreal. I will look back on my pictures and have wonderful memories of a great trip. The only time you are alone is flying to your destination. Once the hosts get their hands on you, you are welcomed with open arms, every detail is taken care of and planned for you. Friends are immediately made and it is so fun to meet people from all over the U.S. Much laughter, lots of smiles, sooo many pictures!! The connection with these women is immediate and long lasting. Pick a place you have always wanted to visit and GO!! You won’t regret it!! Happy and Jill were such a fun team of hosts!! They made our trip to Moab, UT a wonderful experience! There was much laughter and light on our adventures. Thank you for the love and care you gave to each of us and all the planning and preparation you did to make this a memorable experience!! Review: I have never met such an amazing group of women. These ladies were so welcoming as I was the only first timer. Our group was small with 5 women and 2 hosts. Right from the get-go, I felt I was in the right place. I made a special bond with everyone as we shared are stories and many similarities in life. I have always been a solo traveler, most of my travels have been cruising. The exotic animals and Ranch life sounded perfect and outside my box of travels. This place was just what I needed. OX Ranch is incredible, quality attention to detail, clean cabins, super friendly staff, beautiful exotic animals and yummy food. Definitely a 5 star resort in my opinion. Review: I quickly felt I knew these women my whole life. Regardless of where they were from or what their age, we all seemed to enjoy each other. Lovely group of women. The beauty of Alaska warmed my heart. The excitement and energy in each dog and handler made it so special. When women come together without husbands and family they have the ability to become friends easily. I walked in totally alone and knew no one as most of the women did. I left with 15 new close friends. I hope to see them again on another trip. In all my travels, I have never been so impressed with my host. They were organized, well informed and wouldn’t even let our coffee get cold at meals. I never had any concerns about when or where I should go. Always extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks. Review: I met every one of these ladies for the first time on this trip. It was so easy to feel a connection and friendship with them right away. Everyone was so welcoming and so much fun! I have always wanted to travel and hike the National Parks. Since I have no one in my life that shares my interest, this trip was especially grand. Visiting and hiking Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park was a dream come true. Also, the Hummer tour and the horseback ride through the amazing Moab landscape exceeded my expectations. It was all so beautiful! Also, thanks to Jill and Happy, who did a phenomenal job hosting this trip. Not only did they keep everything organized and smooth, but they were very much a part of this fun group of gals! If anyone is nervous about traveling alone, then Beatrice Bradley is the group with whom you want to book. From airport pick up on day one, to final day drop off, they take care of everything. All you have to do is enjoy the trip! I’ve only been on two trips so far, but I have found the hosts and the other travelers to be warm, welcoming, and fun. Remember that other women (like myself) were nervous at first, too. But if you take that first leap and join, you’ll be glad you did. (Warning: These trips can be addictive.. I’ve already booked two more for this year!)

Review: April and Kim made this trip special. I appreciate people who get me and they both did. Their friendships helped me relax more! When I was standing at the rim of the Grand Canyon for the very first time, my first thought was “there is a God”. I have been back and forth on religion for a while and this brought me a little closer. Just do it! There were 12 people in our group, not including the hosts, so there is someone for everyone. You will not regret it! Kim and Sara. OMG they are amazing. From the moment I met them, I left like I knew them forever. They both were so welcoming. They were never flustered and handled everything professionally at the same time having some fun with us!! Toward the end of the trip I asked Kim how long she has been a hostess and was shocked when she said she was still in training. It seems like she has been hosting forever. Sara is a pro and you can tell. They both care deeply about what they do and were all about us, the guests. I hope to take more trips with them!!

Review: 4 of the 6 women experienced the death of our husbands all within the last 15 months. We were able to share many experiences. Coping mechanisms and talk about the many stages of grief. We found that three of us will probably stay in close communication. The dolphin interaction changed me as I am neither a water person nor a risk taker. I found I could step outside my confirm zone with the support of fellow travelers. Also NASA was a life long dream and it co firmed my love of since exploration. The two Leaders Sandy and Laura are critical to making this a positive and welcoming step They were super. Take your time in the group, Observe assess and listen to find your niche. Review: Most meaningful relationship – my roommate Jackie Jones. Enjoyed sharing all the experiences with her. She is fun, thoughtful, positive attitude. I was inspired by many of the women – what they have been or are going through. Continuing to live, grown and explore. Our group was a majority of widows – from 3 months to many years. This group is wonderful. The hosts circulate the group and are constantly checking on you and your needs. Review: This was the first time I have traveled solo. Usually a friend and I travel together. My roommate was a pure delight as was the other ladies on the trip. We all came together as one big group of friends. I have always loved Alaska but this trip brought me closer to the real Alaska experience. It wasn’t just a tourist destination but we got to interact with families and individuals who are just everyday normal people. We got to experience how they live. Review: As always, it is wonderful to meet new and previously known friends who share the same thoughts about our country. It means everything to travel with like minded friends. I spent 4 years in Ecuador, so I have knowledge about how difficult life can be for many people around the world. It was so great to be on the Monkey River Tour and have lunch at the little family restaurant which depends on tourists like us for their very livelihood. It is great that we are helping local families while on these trips. I have been on many trips of all kinds since my husband passed away. Review: Meeting ladies I have never traveled with is always a highlight of the experience. Getting to know them and their prior travels. Sharing the BB experience with those who have never traveled with BB is exciting. Getting to reacquaint with those you’ve traveled with before is a plus. Walking in the rain forest and seeing howler monkeys up close was fantastic. I was surprised at how close we were to be able to get to them. The guides said we were very lucky to be that close. The visit on the last full day with the Garifuna ladies was insightful. Not only the cooking class but also the information learned about how the Garifuna women did their tasks of preparing the corn for tortillas to how they cared for their babies while doing their chores. If I had waited on someone to join me on my trips, I wouldn’t have done much traveling the last few years. I have taken several BB trips where I didn’t know anyone in the group before arrival day. It is surprising how quickly you become acquainted with the ladies in the group. The hosts facilitate that so well. I have made many friends that I still contact. There is one group that is very close and have actually gotten together outside of the BB trips. Also someone will text and say “I’m interested in this trip. Anyone want to join me?”

Review: All the wonderful women I met. This was the first time I traveled with people I didn’t know and all were so welcoming and friendly. Lot’s of great conversations and laughs. Review: With my assigned roomie. This was her first BB trip and one of her first travel experiences. I was able to give her travel advice based on my many years of travel, which made me feel good that I was helping another woman find the confidence to travel. The water-based tours taught me about how to identify various sea creatures and their habitats. I would tell her that the BB experiences are very welcoming to all travelers but especially to solo travelers. The hosts make sure everyone is at ease, enjoys the experience and takes care of any problems or concerns of the guests. The fact that everything is very well planned and takes the large and small issues of travel away from the guest so they can just relax and have a great time.

Review: The hostesses, Tracey and Anna, were so very warm and friendly. It felt as if I had known them for years! Tracey and I shared a deep connection to the birth of our country and she was so understanding of the tears of gratitude I shed in Philadelphia. One of the ladies in our group had traveled with BB several times and was very kind to share information and experiences that helped me as a “newbie”. She was so helpful and full of information. I was really not looking forward to the flower show. I like flowers, but I am not a gardener and that is truly not an interest of mine. When we arrived I was blown away by the talent and artistry on display. I learned that “flower show” is a misrepresentation. I arrived to an art show where the medium is flowers. I LOVED IT!

Review: I met two of the ladies from our group waiting for our connecting flight to FL so I felt like I had two new friends before I got to the house. That connection with Claudette and Sally made me feel like I started out knowing someone already. The excursion we took that stopped in shallow water to allow us to get off the boat and find shells was so much fun and it gave me the courage to overcome my dislike of the cold, cold water and get off the boat. By doing that I was able to find and hold several live sand dollars, marking that off my bucket list. It woke me up to the fact that at 73 years old, any time I get an opportunity to check something off I have to take it! After reaching a point in life where I am able to travel, but not having a travel partner, finding Beatrice Bradley seemed like a perfect solution, and it was! It is not only finding like-minded women but making new friends, seeing new things, and having hosts who made sure that everything was catered to making the trip perfect for each of us. If you haven’t booked a trip yet–DO IT!! Many thanks to Karla and Kristine for making my first trip everything I could have hoped for. They were able to always be a part of the group, and still take excellent care of us. They are very much a part of what made this trip perfect!

Review: I became great friends with Barbara Grant who also arrived early like myself. The entire experience was a learning one. Medhat was an amazing teacher about Egypt. But the best was last (as it should be). The Great Pyramid exploration and the intimate lecture at the Sphinx was the best part of the trip to me. I’ve told several single traveling friends. BBG has a unique way of including all. Even those who know no one. Ellen and Sharon you were great. You always kept us together and kept an upbeat vibe (even during rather testy moments) my only suggestion was the “whale valley” day was much too long. Perhaps skip the lake and/or the pottery place. But other than that it was a trip of a lifetime! Can’t wait for more!!!!

Review: I really enjoyed talking to our guides, Wynndy and Kim. I’m something of an introvert, so I chatted with my fellow travelers quite a bit but would not say I formed a connection. The Crystal River was truly amazing. In general, I would not consider myself an outdoors person, but this trip left me with the wish to visit other natural parks and sites. Seeing so many birds, fish and other animals left me in wonder at the many parts of this ecosystem. I would tell her: “You won’t be alone.” I have traveled alone many times, and the other guests and the guides are very outgoing and interested in everyone participating. I felt very welcomed. Wynndy battled through laryngitis and did an excellent job. Kim is outgoing and very friendly. Together they were fantastic.

Review: I almost canceled the trip following a bad bout with the flu in January. My immune system was not at its best. The hosts Liz and Kelly were very patient with me, and allowed me to go at my own pace. I really enjoyed their company, and how much care they gave me. Truly remarkable women. In fact all the hosts from all the trips have been amazing! All the activities were insightful. I saw a lot, and learned a lot. The most impressive outing to me was the Hoover Dam tour. It still amazes me how the great minds of our ancestors engineered and built the dam. They figured out a way to supply water to multiple states. Once the plane lands, you are never alone. The hosts are there to greet you, and make sure your stay will go as smoothly as possible. They are there to answer any of your questions or concerns. They are only a text away. I absolutely love Liz and Kelly. They were so helpful, and coordinated well with each other. I hope to see them on future trips! 🙂

Review: Everyone was nice, but it was great to regroup with one of the girls I met when I took my first Beatrice Bradley trip back in 2022. This is the second time we’ve met up on a trip. It’s the best way to travel solo. The majority of the women traveling are doing it alone too (I.e. Not with friends or family )and are nervous about meeting new people. There’s always going to be someone that you have something in common within a trip. The hostesses are always so friendly too. I’ve traveled with Kelly before and this is my first time meeting Liz. Both Kelly and Liz were/are great hostesses. They did a good job of spreading themselves around between the group.. they answered everybody’s questions with a smile.

Review: I enjoyed talking to each person individually and sharing stories of our lives, but as I told (other group’s host that I know) Kelly, on the morning of departure, I missed that first night “getting to know you phase” that has been on other trips. This venue–Trump Hotel–didn’t have a place for our groups to really chat and learn names and intro information. No lounge to gather, no seating area in the lobby like some trips, we just sat the 2 groups at two long tables and ate dinner. It made the first night connection awkward. There were several women who had never been on a BB trip and I noticed it took a few days for a couple people to even learn names. Maybe a tweak to have an area to connect the first night? This trip had so many absolutely cool experiences! And every single tour guide was amazing! They were well picked–they knew their stuff, their town, the history and they shared it in fun and engaging ways. We learned so much history without it seeming like a boring lecture. The Mob Museum was incredible; I wish we could have had a little more time there to explore after the tour. Loved the Neon Museum but it would have been fun to see it at sunset instead of the middle of the afternoon so the lights on the signs would be more visible The Sphere was of course phenomenal, but Hoover Dam just blew my mind. Wow. History, nature, engineering, patriotism, everything all together. The Valley of Fire was interesting but a little long of a tour. After the first hour several ladies stopped getting out of the jeep to look at more rocks. Dinners—Guy Fieri’s was good, but the Yardbird and Alexxa’s were fantastic. And nice to have different types of food each night. (First night dinner at Trump Hotel was just average.) But so much fun packed into a few days. Pick a place that you think sounds fun or interesting or you’ve just never been to before or went once and want to go back. Read the description of the itinerary carefully before you go and remember that it might be tweaked a little so be ready to go with the flow. Then make your travel arrangements and sign up! I have signed up for trips where I don’t know anyone and trips with friends and sisters. All have turned out great. The hostesses make the trip so wonderful–they are all sweet and helpful and everything is taken care of for you from the arrival to the departure. No worry about looking for place to visit or finding a guide or making hotel and dinner reservations–it is all done for you with smiles. They have incredible energy and warmth that draws people together. Linda May and Connie P–wow! Didn’t know either before this trip and had a wonderful time with them. They were amazing–don’t know when they slept. Up late, up early, always smiling and ready to go. And they worked hard–we had several issues where we got to restaurants and the reservations were ignored or messed up and they just fixed it for us. I’m sure it had to be frustrating. This group of women was unlike any of the 4 previous trips I have been on–this one had several who would just wander away or sit somewhere else or move ahead and Linda May and Connie were constantly counting and checking for all the ladies. Kind of like that expression “herding cats.” They handled that “wrinkle” on the jeep tour with discretion and grace. Those two did a great job! Love you ladies!

But was surprised I was able to do most of them. I would say go go go. The hosts are the best!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. You feel so cared for. I felt so save. All of the hosts Ellen, Jessica, and Dana as driver also Tom were the best. They were all so patient and accommodating to everyone. It’s like hurding cats with 16 women but they did it efficiently.

I took my first Beatrice Bradley alone to the Grand Canyon and had the time of my life; made friends and it was a great trip!!! The hostesses and host were excellent. They offered assistance at all times. It was nice to have Dana on the trip because he assisted in many ways. I enjoyed Karen and Jessica, who were fun and knowledgeable about available activities. They also gave us the option of whether to attend or not. I would travel with them anytime.

Review: I was blessed to overhear a woman describing me to others. She didn’t know I was on the bus with her. It demonstrated that she was looking for the best in others and that describes everyone on the trip. Costa Rica is a great place to relax and enjoy and forget about your trials and travails at home. The hostesses know how to welcome a newbie and the veterans of previous trips also make sure you feel a part of the group. Connie and Kelly were amazing – mother hens when they needed to be – and then total freedom-givers as well. They will forever be in my heart.

Review: I think I could easily travel with any of the women on this trip. All were fun and considerate, especially the hostesses Connie and Kelly. Nature and the lushness of the rainforests. I didn’t know a soul on this rep and got to know everyone fairly well. There’s no need to be apprehensive about traveling with a great group of women. Yes, Connie and Kelly were welcoming and inclusive from day 1. Their enthusiasm and helpfulness was so evident— especially in the way they handled the medical emergency that arose with one of the other guests.

Review: I came as a recent widow not caring to made new friends. I just wanted to run away from home where the walls seemed too quiet and heavy. What I found was a group of women that all had “stories” of loss, heartache and also happiness. I was not alone! I realized that sorrow and celebration can co-exist. I must go on living and these women showed me by example that travel is not only about the location but also the people. I haven’t cried as hard, danced so uninhibited or laughed so deep! It’s that at this time and place we were all connected in an amazing adventure on this journey of life and this trip of a lifetime! So grateful for this turning point in my grief journey as well. I came with no expectations except to go to a warm beach to turn the calendar to a new year. The room amazed me because it was a luxurious suite, all for me only!!! Every activity taught me to open my mind to new talents I didn’t know I was capable of. I felt like a queen, pampered with all the services and attention. Any travel can cause anxiety, but Beatrice Bradley takes many of those negative thoughts away. They have researched every aspect of the trip and are constantly assessing safety, problems that may arise and communication with the resort and any transportation issues. Karen kept the group informed of daily events available to participate in and future activities. She would fight on our behalf if needed. Jessica was the quiet strength, voice of reason, down to earth and common sense leader. Dana was a welcomed presence, playful yet looking out for his ladies, providing safety. They all were busy behind the scenes in an effort to make our experience the best possible!

Review: This was a great group of women and everyone one got along great! Our hostesses and host were top notch as well. Yes there were a couple women I hung out with more than the others that I hit to know quite well and will keep in touch with:) I always like seeing new places and relaxing at the resort was wonderful…the sprinkle if the Dominican Republic are so nice and friendly too. Was interesting seeing the traffic jam we experienced at the Cataraman trip..as I like seeing the real life experiences of the country outside of the resort as well! I would tell her to just do it…she will be hooked and not look back!! If truly nervous..start with a smaller 4-5 day trip in the US for the first one! I was truly impressed with all 3 of the host and hostesses….Jessica, Karen and Dana. It was my first time meeting all of them…I am observant and they all went above and beyond making everyone feel apart of the group. They would individually make the rounds taking time to visit with everyone…working hard on all the details to make the trip seem effortlessly to us…and most of all I loved the way each one would step up and just cherish and help a person whom needed a little extra help! They were all caring and genuine!!

Review: The most meaningful connection was with the group of women I traveled with. Being surrounded by 14 incredible ladies who were supportive, open, and FUN created a sense of belonging that enhanced the entire experience!!! The shared energy and connection made the trip feel truly special and unforgettable. We will look back fondly with great memories. The slower pace and natural beauty of the destination surprised me. It encouraged me to slow down, be more present, and reconnect with myself, which shifted my perspective on what I need to feel balanced and fulfilled. I would tell her that feeling nervous is natural—but this experience makes it easy to feel at home. This was my first Beatrice Bradley trip, and the inclusiveness and warmth of everyone made me feel welcomed right away. It won’t be my last!!!! My advice is to take the first step with an open mind—you’ll quickly find connection, support, and confidence. Karen, Jessica, and Dana—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You went above and beyond in every way and made our Punta Cana trip truly special. Your hospitality, kindness, and attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. We felt welcomed, cared for, and incredibly lucky to have you as our hosts. Thank you for everything Kate & MaryAnn/AKA “Nana” P.S. Having Dana there was a blessing! Review: This group bonded nicely. I think our hosts definitely facilitated this with their helpful, positive demeanors. This was the first time in 20 years I rang in the New Year with friends. This was my 6th trip so I wasn’t nervous at all. My advice would be to be open to new experiences and just expect to have fun. It was a great idea to have a guy (Dana) accompany us. He did a wonderful job!
