Day One: Arrival Day

Fly into Knoxville Airport

• AIRPORT PICK UP IS BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Take in the Mountain views as you drive up to our Private, Mountain top Lodge with views of the Smoky’s as far as your eye can see

Day Two: Serenity and Splendor at Anakeesta and Gatlinburg + Private Chef Dinner

Awaken to the serene beauty of the Smoky Mountains as the first light of day gently bathes the landscape in a warm, golden glow. Enjoy this tranquil moment with a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the deck, taking in the majestic sunrise. After a delightful breakfast prepared by our hosts, gear up for a day filled with wonder and discovery at Anakeesta.

Anakeesta – A Mountain Haven Your journey to Anakeesta begins with a scenic chairlift ride, whisking you up to a magical mountaintop world. As you ascend, each moment elevates you further above the bustling life below, offering a spectacular aerial perspective of Gatlinburg and the surrounding peaks. Anakeesta itself is a treasure nestled in the Smokies, offering not just stunning views but a rich tapestry of attractions. Stroll through the lush gardens, walk high among the treetops, and maybe even challenge yourself with some ziplining. Here, amidst the natural beauty, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch with vistas that span across the mountain range, providing a dining experience like no other.

After descending from the mountain paradise, immerse yourself in the charm of downtown Gatlinburg. Take a leisurely stroll through the bustling streets, dive into local culture with unique shopping opportunities, and perhaps taste the spirited legacy of the area with some authentic moonshine sampling.

Culinary Finale: A Private Chef’s 4-Course Meal As the day winds down, a brief drive takes us back to our cozy retreat where you can freshen up and relax before the evening’s highlight. Tonight, you are invited to an exclusive dining experience—a private, chef-prepared 4-course meal. This culinary adventure will showcase the best of local ingredients and gourmet creativity, crafted just for our group. Day Three: Newfoundland Gap Pink Jeep Tour & Exploration of Pigeon Forge

Rise and shine for a day of exploration and excitement in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. After a hearty breakfast, prepare for an exhilarating journey aboard an iconic open-air Pink Jeep® Wrangler. Departing from Pigeon Forge, TN, this day promises adventure, breathtaking scenery, and a deep dive into the natural history of this rich landscape.

As your Pink Jeep climbs 3,000 feet along paved roads, the diverse forests envelop you with a tapestry of scents and colors. Reaching Newfound Gap, nearly a mile above sea level, you are met with views that stretch endlessly across the horizon. Here, amidst the backdrop of the mighty Appalachian Trail and the historic Rockefeller Memorial, you’ll experience the same vistas that inspired President Franklin D. Roosevelt to dedicate these mountains as a national park in 1940. Day Four: Beloved Dollywood & Dollywood’s Dinner Show

As the sun casts its early rays over the Smoky Mountains, our morning begins at a leisurely pace, filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a selection of delightful pastries. After a relaxing start, it’s time to immerse yourself in the charm and excitement of one of the most beloved attractions in the Smokies—Dollywood.

From the moment you step through the gates, you’re swept into a world where thrilling rides, enchanting shows, and the beauty of the Smoky Mountains blend seamlessly. This isn’t just any day at the park; it’s the day you explore Dollywood’s renowned Flower and Food Festival. As you wander through the vibrant displays of flowers and topiaries, each turn offers a new visual feast, accompanied by the mouth-watering scents of seasonal foods crafted by Dollywood’s culinary experts.

After we walk around Dollywood we’ll head over to one of the park’s signature experiences—Dollywood’s Stampede Dinner Show. Here, you’ll be treated to a spectacle of sights and sounds. Watch in awe as skilled riders perform stunts with their horses, and marvel at the dazzling display of costumes and choreography, all while enjoying a sumptuous southern dinner that’s as hearty as it is delicious.

It’s a day to let loose, laugh, and create memories that will last a lifetime, all set against the backdrop of Dollywood’s heartwarming charm.

Must depart after 12:00 PM – It takes an hour from Lodge to Airport, departing lodge at 8 AM and 10 AM

Triple Occupancy

You will be staying in a Bunk Room (lower bunks only) that have 3 King or Queen beds / 1 bathroom per room. You must be able to get in, and out of, a lower style bed with a ledge. Not recommended for women that have mobility limitations. Bunk Room is located on lower walk-out level and must be able to do stairs.

Single Occupancy

You will be staying in a private room with a King bed and private bathroom. Must be able to do stairs – half the rooms are on a walkout lower level.

There will be city walking – must be able to walk on a sidewalk for 0.5 Miles. Getting in and out of a Pink Jeep. Stairs. Optional Chairlift

We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience.
