Day 1:  Welcome to Fresno 

Please fly into Fresno International Airport. Arrive at your leisure. We’ll pick you up!

Check into our Fresno Hotel for 1 night.

 

Day 2:  Welcome to Yosemite 

Today our group embarks on an scenic drive from Fresno to the historic Wawona Hotel in Yosemite (about 2-2.5 hours). 

Upon arrival at the Wawona Hotel we’re greeted by the timeless charm of this Victorian-era landmark. A leisurely lunch in the hotel’s dining room offers a taste of local cuisine, setting the stage for an afternoon of exploration.

Post-lunch, we step back in time at the Pioneer Yosemite History Center, immersing ourselves in the rich tapestry of Yosemite’s past. We’ll stretch our legs with a hike through nearby trails. We’ll see the Wawona Covered Bridge. We will stop at the Pioneer store on our way out if to grab snacks, fun souvenirs, etc.

As evening comes, we gather for dinner in the Wawona Hotel Dining Room. This is a time for laughter, sharing stories, and strengthening bonds under the warm glow of the dining room’s ambiance.

Day 3: See The Biggest Tree’s in the World! Giant Sequoia’s on a UTV Adventure in the Sierra Mountains

After Breakfast we’ll head to Fish Camp to Gear up for an exhilarating 4-hour UTV tour that promises to be one of the highlight of our Yosemite experience. This adventure takes you through the heart of the Sierra Mountains, guided by seasoned experts who know every trail and hidden gem of this stunning region.

The pinnacle of this journey is a visit to a secluded sequoia grove in Yosemite, accessible only to those who dare to venture off the beaten path. Here, you will join our expert guide on a scenic 2-mile hike, leading you to the heart of the grove to witness the grandeur of the Giant Sequoia Trees. This intimate encounter with these ancient giants is both humbling and awe-inspiring.

Along your journey, the UTV tour offers thrilling moments of driving through streams and navigating rocky terrains, each turn and trail delivering its own excitement. The panoramic views of the Sierra Mountains that unfold before you are simply breathtaking, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

    Day 4: A Day of Nostalgia and Natural Beauty at Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad

    Breakfast at the Hotel’s lobby 

    This morning we’ll head to Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railway. Come witness the changing fall colors on a 4 mile loop in the Sierra Forest on a historic Steam Powered Locomotive.

    Ride into history where powerful locomotives once hauled massive log trains through the Sierra Mountains, where mighty lumberjacks felled the timber, and flumes carried lumber to the distant valley below. The Sierra National Forest’s majestic woods provide the backdrop for this narrow-gauge journey back in time. Box lunch provided on the train.

    After our train ride we can stop by the gift shop before heading back to the hotel.

    Day 5: Heading North to Check into The Famous Ahwahnee Hotel

    Your journey through Yosemite takes a turn towards luxury as we prepare to check into The Ahwahnee Hotel, a jewel nestled in the heart of Yosemite National Park. Renowned for its stunning architecture, rich history, and breathtaking surroundings, The Ahwahnee promises an unforgettable experience from the moment you arrive. 

    Check into The Ahwahnee. The hotel’s lobby has massive stone fireplaces, rich tapestries, and Native American artworks, transports you to an era of old-world charm and elegance.

    We’ll have a nice dinner in The Ahwahnee Dining Room. Conclude your day by unwinding in the Great Lounge with a cocktail or a cup of tea, as you take in the views of the surrounding nature through the large picture windows or cozy up by the grand fireplace. Please note that nice attire is required for dining at the Ahwahnee. 

    Day 6 & Day 7: All things Iconic Yosemite

    Breakfast at the hotel with some leisure time in the morning.

    These two days we will be taking a 4 hour guided hike each day to see all things Iconic Yosemite including: Half Dome, El Capitan, Yosemite Falls, Glacier Point and mirror lake. Box lunches are provided.

    These hikes are privately guided by experts.

    Hikes will be done in the afternoon and will meet back at the hotel for dinner together.

    Day 8: The Ahwahnee to Fresno

    Wake up with breakfast together. We have a 4 hour scenic drive today with stops. We will be checking into our Airport hotel in Fresno around 3:00 PM. After check in we will grab a farewell dinner in Fresno.

    Day 9: Departure Day

    Depart at your leisure from the Fresno International Airport. Hotel has a shuttle provided. Check out of the hotel room is at 10:00 AM

    Step 2 Your $250 Deposit will be processed within 2 business days
    Step 3 When you are ready to make a payment, click the “Review and Pay” button on your invoice
    Step 4 Once clicked, in the top left of the invoice, next to the amount, you will see “Edit Amount.” Here you will be able to enter the amount you would like to pay
    Step 5 Full amount needs to be paid by 60 days prior to the trip. *If there is a remaining balance at 60 days prior to the trip then an automatic payment for the remaining amount will be charged.
