Day One – Arrival Day – Landing at Oakland International Airport (OAK)

- After dinner, taking a walk to take in all that is Napa OR a nightcap at the hotel
Day Two: Introduction to Frank Family Vineyards w/private tastings
Highlights
- Optional: Early risers’ coffee river walk with host, Suzanne
- Group breakfast at Modal Bakery
- Visit Frank Family Vineyards ?
- Lunch at Travigne Pizzeria, voted Napa Valley’s best!
- Private tasting at Mumm’s – Capture the Sparkle ?
- Dinner at Oxbow Food Hall, a local gathering place for great food and wine
- Early start tomorrow; early bedtime
- Remember to drink plenty of water!
Day Three: Hot Air Balloon Ride Over the Valley and a Private Tasting
Highlights
- Sunrise hot air balloon experience
- Explore Yountville and Washington Square – boutique shopping at its finest
- Enjoy a light and easy lunch at Bouchon Bakery
- Private wine tasting at Far Niente ? Family of Wineries and Vineyards
- Gott’s Roadside Dinner – allows you to grab a bite and head back to your room to relax
- Spend the rest of the night relaxing or explore the property – take a dip in the pool
Day Four: Head to Bodega Bay for a Sunset Horseback Ride on the Coast
Highlights
- Sleep in and have a slow, leisurely start to the day
- Check out of River Terrace and head to Bodega Bay on the Coast (1 night)
- Lunch stop at the Famous Spud Point Crab Company ?
- Sunset – Moonrise horseback ride – An exclusive, take-your-breath-away tour of Bodega Bay
- Dinner will be served during the ride
- After dinner, explore the town with a moonlit walk
Day Five: Morning Coffee Beach Walk and Sonoma Historical Guided Trike Tour
Highlights
- Enjoy a coffee walk on the beach – or sleep in if you prefer ☕
- Check out of Bodega Bay and check into the Inn at Sonoma for 2 nights
- Breakfast at Route One Bakery
- Scenic drive to Sonoma with photo opportunities and lunch at Spread Kitchen Sonoma
- Take a guided historical and tasting tour through Sonoma’s beautiful wine country on an electric trike.
- Have dinner together at Fork and Table
Day Six: Grab a new friend and explore – Spa Day
Highlights
- Enjoy an early riser’s coffee walk with host Suzanne or sleep in and take a leisurely stroll to breakfast at the hotel
- It’s a free day to explore Historic Downtown Sonoma, and our hotel’s location allows you to walk to everything
- Let the hosts help you book a spa appointment; Sonoma is world-renowned for its spas!
- Join the group for lunch at the hotel, which will be served by the hosts
- Have a group farewell dinner at LaSalette
- End the evening with a moonlit historic downtown walk and choose between a nightcap or ice cream
Day Seven: Departure Day
Fly out of Oakland International Airport with flights at 12pm or later
Group breakfast at the hotel and last minute shopping

| Step 5 | Full amount needs to be paid by 60 days prior to the trip. *If there is a remaining balance at 60 days prior to the trip then an automatic payment for the remaining amount will be charged. |
Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess
Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company. The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.
