Every Beatrice Bradley trip is crafted to maximize the experiences had during the trip.
The itineraries are specially made to allow time for engaging in conversation and having belly laughs with a new friend. We hope that the activities and experiences may allow you to come out of your comfort zone and to try new or unique things.
These trips are made to replicate a ‘friends get-away trip’. 

Martha’s Vineyard is a longtime New England summer colony, it encompasses harbor towns and lighthouses, sandy beaches and farmland. 

Boston where the new and the old are in constant conversation, where cobbled-stone streets meet glass-enclosed shopping galleries, and where The Freedom Trail landmarks stand beside cutting edge restaurants.

Day One: Tuesday August 8, 2023 – Arrival Day

Highlights

• Pickups at the airport will be around 3:00 PM 
• We will get settled into the Godfrey Hotel
• We will do a Welcome Happy Hour at the bar at the hotel
• Dinner will be at the Historic Emmet’s Irish Pub Restaurant

Day Two: Wednesday, August 9, 2023 – Freedom Trail, Cheers & Liberty Clipper

Highlights

• Breakfast will be the George Howell Coffee Shop at the hotel
• We will go on The Freedom Trail Tour which is very close to the Godfrey Hotel
• Lunch at the Legal Seafood Restaurant by the wharf
• Cruise on the Liberty Clipper
• Dinner at The Merchant Boston

Day Three: Thursday, August 10, 2023 – Experience Martha’s Vineyard

Highlights

• Breakfast at the George Howell Coffee Shop at the hotel
• We will be picked up by passenger coach to go to the Magnificient Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth Cape Code
• You will arrive via ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and spend all day on this magnificent island!  Private3 hour guided tour of the island to see all  the history and highlights of Martha’s Vineyard.
• We will eat lunch at Martha’s Vineyard Chowder Company in the town of Oak Bluffs while we are on the Martha’s Vineyard
• Taking the ferry and private coach back to the hotel in Boston
• We will have dinner at The French Quarter in Boston 

Day Four: Friday, August 11, 2023 – Hop On/Hop Off Bus & Red Sox Game at Fenway Park

Highlights

• Breakfast at Cafe Bon Jour
• Boston Hop On/Hop Off Bus All Day to explore and learn about all parts of Boston:

• FANEUIL HALL, HISTORIC NORTH END, USS CONSTITUTION AND MUSEUM, NORTH STATION / TD GARDEN, DOWNTOWN CROSSING / HISTORIC DISTRICT, BEACON HILL / ANTIQUE ROW, CHEERS BAR, PRUDENTIAL CENTER / SKYWALK OBSERVATORY, CHRISTIAN SCIENCE PLAZA / SYMPHONY HALL, COPLEY PLACE MALL, COPLEY SQUARE / TRINITY CHURCH, BEACON HILL / BOSTON COMMON, BOSTON TEA PARTY SHIPS & MUSEUM, BOSTON FISH PIER

• Lunch on your own while exploring on the Hop On/Hop Off Bus, if hungry
• Boston Red Sox Evening Game with dinner at Historic Fenway Park – “All Americans should visit this historic ballpark whether you like baseball or not – it’s an American gem!”   Kim Kalan

Day Five: Saturday, August 12, 2023 – Departure Day

Highlights

• Checking out of the hotel
• Farewell Breakfast at Cafe BonJour saying goodbye to new friends
• Last minute shopping or exploring
• Heading to the airport to catch flights home

Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

As a solo-traveler, we need you to provide self-awareness and an understanding that you are fully responsible for yourself. This includes: your possessions, your physical abilities or fitness, your attitude, and all other aspects that relate to traveling solo in a group.

• All Ground transportation is included on this trip
• Group Airport transfers are included in this trip.
• This trip will have have a maximum of 14 women
• This trip will have 2 Beatrice Bradley Hostesses
• If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler
• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
