At 3:00 PM, we’ll depart together in comfortable private transport for the scenic 2-hour drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway, where dramatic coastal views give way to snow-covered peaks.

Upon arrival in Whistler, you’ll check into your cozy winter lodge, your home for the next five nights. Settle into your room, take in the crisp mountain air, and ease into the peaceful rhythm of the season.

This evening, we’ll gather for a warm and welcoming dinner featuring comforting seasonal flavors, creating the perfect atmosphere for connection and relaxation as our winter journey begins.

Day 2: A Day of Discovery in the Winter Village

Your guide will share stories about the area’s culture and character as we take in the sights at a comfortable, easygoing pace.

After the tour, we will explore the surrounding shops and cafés together, enjoying the festive ambiance and mountain scenery. Later in the afternoon, we’ll gather for an early dinner at a welcoming local restaurant known for its seasonal, comforting dishes.

As night falls, the group will experience Vallea Lumina, Whistler’s immersive multimedia forest walk. Lights, sound, and storytelling transform the winter woods into a magical world, creating a sense of wonder as we follow the illuminated pathway through the trees. It’s a beautiful blend of nature and creative artistry, perfect for a winter night.

After this unforgettable experience, you’ll return to the lodge to relax and unwind for the evening.

Day 3: Soaring Above the Snowy Peaks

After breakfast, we’ll make our way to the gondola for a full day of soaring above snow-covered forests, glacial valleys, and rugged mountain peaks. Midday, we’ll enjoy lunch at The Umbrella Bar, a mountaintop spot known for its incredible panoramic views and relaxed winter atmosphere. With sweeping vistas in every direction, it’s an ideal place to gather, warm up, and savor a satisfying meal in the heart of the alpine landscape.

You’ll have time throughout the day to enjoy the viewpoints, step inside cozy indoor spaces, and take in the winter scenery at a comfortable, unhurried pace. In the late afternoon, we’ll return to the lodge where you can unwind, warm up, and settle in before the evening begins.

This evening, we’ll gather for a group dinner at one of Whistler’s welcoming restaurants in the village.

Here you’ll move through soothing hot pools, refreshing cold plunges, eucalyptus steam rooms, and calming relaxation areas. The spa’s silent, open-air setting creates the perfect atmosphere to rest, restore, and unwind in the crisp winter air.

After your spa experience, we’ll return to the lodge for a peaceful afternoon. Enjoy a warm drink, settle in fireside, or simply take time to relax and recharge before the evening’s special outing.

As night falls, we’ll embark on the Crystal Hut Fondue by Snowcat adventure. A heated snowcat will carry the group up the mountain, climbing through snowy forests and open slopes until reaching a charming, candlelit hut at elevation. Inside, you’ll enjoy a hearty fondue dinner paired with mountain views, soft glow, and the unique charm of dining high above the village. It’s a magical winter experience that blends comfort, flavor, and alpine atmosphere.

Day 5: Alpine Ascent and Horse-Drawn Sleigh Ride

You’ll soar above snowy peaks, frozen lakes, and sweeping alpine valleys, taking in dramatic winter landscapes that can only be seen from the sky. It’s a spectacular, peaceful way to experience the untouched wilderness from a whole new perspective.

In the afternoon, we’ll continue the winter magic with a horse-drawn sleigh ride along the shores of Green Lake. You’ll hear the soft jingle of sleigh bells as the horses guide you through a snow-covered forest and out toward the frozen lake’s scenic edge. Cozy blankets keep you warm as you glide across the snowy trails, surrounded by the quiet stillness of winter. The experience ends at a rustic log cabin, where you can sip hot chocolate by the fireplace or step outside to enjoy the glow of a crackling bonfire.

In the evening, we’ll come together for a special farewell dinner in the village. This final meal is a chance to share stories, reflect on meaningful moments, and celebrate the friendships formed throughout our winter getaway.

Day 6: Departing the Wilderness – Farewell to Whistler

As our time in Whistler comes to a close, we bid farewell to the mountains that have welcomed us so graciously. This morning, you’ll enjoy one last breakfast at the lodge before your scheduled departure.

Two group transfers will be offered based on flight times:

• 7:00 AM departure for 9:30 AM Airport Arrival for flights after 12:00 PM

• 10:00 AM departure for 12:00 PM Airport Arrival for flights after 2:00 PM

Both shuttles will provide a comfortable and scenic 2-hour return drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Please note: If you book a flight requiring departure from the resort before 7:00 AM, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the airport.
