This trip includes a mix of leisurely walks, gentle nature trails, and light adventure, all designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. You’ll enjoy scenic gondola rides, village strolls, lakeside relaxation, and short guided hikes. Some uneven terrain (like alpine trails or forest paths) is included, but all activities are optional and can be adjusted based on your comfort level.

Day 1: Welcome to Wilderness Luxury

Arrive at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) by 2:00 PM to begin your unforgettable alpine escape. Our team will be there to greet you and ensure a smooth transition to the mountains. At 3:00 PM, we’ll depart together in comfortable private transport for the scenic 2-hour drive along the famed Sea-to-Sky Highway, one of the most beautiful routes in North America.

Upon arrival in Whistler, you’ll check into the Five-Star Four Seasons Resort Whistler, your luxurious home for the next five nights. Settle into your elegantly appointed room, breathe in the mountain air, and begin to unwind.

This evening, we’ll dine together at the Four Seasons’ signature restaurant, where fresh, seasonal ingredients meet refined alpine flavors. It’s the perfect way to ease into the peaceful rhythm of your elevated mountain retreat.

Day 2: Whistler Unveiled – Culture, Cuisine & Lakeside Calm

After a restful night in the mountains, we’ll begin our day with a private guided walking tour of Whistler Village. From Olympic Plaza to the cobblestone-lined Village Stroll, your guide will share the stories, art, and alpine spirit that have shaped this iconic mountain town. Along the way, you’ll get a feel for the vibrant heart of Whistler—blending modern adventure with rustic elegance.

Midday, we’ll enjoy a chef-crafted lunch at Hunter Gather, a stylish local favorite known for its elevated comfort food and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Relax with your group over thoughtfully prepared dishes in a lively yet cozy setting.

After lunch, we’ll stop in for an icecream at Iconic Cow’s Icecream shop then continue exploring the village on foot in small groups, with time to step into artisan shops, admire public art, and take in the surrounding mountain views.

For an early dinner, we’ll enjoy a chef-crafted lunch at Hunter Gather, a stylish local favorite known for its elevated comfort food and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Relax with your group over thoughtfully prepared dishes in a lively yet cozy setting.

After our early dinner, we will regroup and we’ll walk the scenic Valley Trail to Lost Lake—a serene forest hideaway nestled just beyond the village. Here, you can breathe in the pine-scented air, enjoy the quiet lakeshore setting, and unwind in nature’s embrace.

Day 3: Sky-High Sophistication – Gondolas, Glaciers & Summit Views

Breakfast in Whistler Village

After breakfast, we’ll stroll into Whistler Village for a morning coffee at a local café, taking in the charming atmosphere and mountain-town energy. From there, we’ll walk to Whistler’s iconic Covered Bridge—a picturesque spot spanning Fitzsimmons Creek, surrounded by forest and glacier-fed waters. It’s a peaceful and scenic start to our day.

Next, we’ll board the iconic Peak 2 Peak Gondola, ascending high above the valley as we glide between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. From the top, we’ll explore the alpine trail network, taking in sweeping views, easy-access walks, and unforgettable photo stops. The highlight of the day is crossing the dramatic Cloudraker Skybridge, suspended above Whistler Bowl and offering jaw-dropping views of the alpine terrain.

We’ll descend in the late afternoon and return to the resort to freshen up.

Day 4: Icefields & Cascades – A Day of Sky-High Wonder & Waterfall Serenity – Private Glacier Viewing Seaplane Experience

This morning, we head to the edge of Green Lake, where floatplanes await for a once-in-a-lifetime experience—our scenic glacier flightseeing tour. As we lift off from the emerald waters, you’ll soar above towering icefields, hidden alpine lakes, and rugged mountain spires. The landscape unfolds beneath you in a dazzling display of British Columbia’s raw, untouched beauty.

Upon landing, we’ll enjoy a lakeside refreshment break, taking in the peaceful surroundings of Green Lake before continuing our day’s adventure.

Next, we’ll journey just south of Whistler to the stunning Brandywine Falls Provincial Park. A short walk through a tranquil forest leads us to a dramatic 70-meter waterfall cascading into a volcanic canyon. This natural wonder is one of the Sea-to-Sky corridor’s most iconic sights—and an unforgettable photo opportunity.

We’ll return to Whistler in the afternoon for time to relax and recharge at the resort.

In the evening, we’ll gather for a cozy group dinner at a stylish local bistro, where mountain charm meets culinary creativity. Share stories from the sky and toast to the magic of the Canadian wilderness.

Our final day in Whistler brings adventure with a side of indulgence. This morning, we’ll climb into custom Jeep Rubicons for a guided off-road journey into the heart of the Callaghan Valley. As we ascend rugged mountain roads, you’ll witness a dramatic shift in scenery—trading forests for open alpine meadows and panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.

At the summit, you’ll be welcomed to a rustic mountain cabin where a gourmet salmon bake awaits. Fresh cedar-planked wild salmon, roasted vegetables, and seasonal sides are served fireside with crisp mountain air and 360-degree views as your backdrop. It’s an unforgettable feast in the most scenic of settings.

We descend in the evening where we’ll gather one last time for a farewell toast—celebrating new friendships, unforgettable landscapes, and the wild luxury that defined our Whistler escape.

Day 6: Departing the Wilderness – Farewell to Whistler

As our time in Whistler comes to a close, we bid farewell to the mountains that have welcomed us so graciously. This morning, you’ll enjoy one last breakfast at the Four Seasons before your scheduled departure.

Two group transfers will be offered based on flight times:

  • 7:00 AM departure for 9:30 AM Airport Arrival for flights after 12:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM departure for 12:00 PM Airport Arrival for flights after 2:00 PM

Both shuttles will provide a comfortable and scenic 2-hour return drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Please note: If you book a flight requiring departure from the resort before 7:00 AM, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the airport.
