Day 1: Welcome to Wilderness Luxury

Your adventure begins as you arrive in Vancouver by 2:00 PM and make your way toward the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia. After meeting your group, you’ll depart the city and journey along the iconic Sea-to-Sky Highway, where dramatic coastal views, towering mountains, and winding oceanfront roads set the tone for the days ahead.

Upon arrival in Whistler, settle into the Five-Star Four Seasons Resort Whistler, your elegant mountain retreat for the next five nights. Take in the crisp alpine air, unwind in your beautifully appointed surroundings, and embrace the peaceful rhythm of this world-class destination.

In the evening, gather with your fellow Beatrice Bradley travelers for a welcome dinner at the Four Seasons’ signature restaurant, where fresh, seasonal ingredients and refined alpine flavors create a warm and memorable introduction to your time in the mountains..

Next, we’ll ascend into the mountains aboard the world-renowned Peak 2 Peak Gondola, gliding high above the valley between Whistler and Blackcomb. At the summit, take time to explore the alpine trail network, where sweeping views, fresh mountain air, and unforgettable photo opportunities await.

A highlight of the day is crossing the breathtaking Cloudraker Skybridge, suspended high above the valley and offering panoramic views of Whistler’s rugged terrain.

In the late afternoon, we’ll return to the resort to relax and refresh before the evening.

Tonight, we’ll gather for a group dinner in Whistler Village, enjoying a lively atmosphere and another memorable dining experience together.

Taking off from the water, you’ll soar above ancient icefields, turquoise alpine lakes, and rugged mountain peaks—an awe-inspiring perspective of British Columbia’s untouched wilderness.

After landing, enjoy a peaceful lakeside refreshment break, taking in the stillness and beauty of Green Lake before continuing on.

Next, we’ll travel along the Sea-to-Sky corridor to visit the stunning Brandywine Falls. A short forest walk leads to a dramatic waterfall cascading into a volcanic canyon—one of the region’s most iconic and photogenic natural wonders.

In the afternoon, return to Whistler with time to relax and recharge at the Four Seasons, whether that means enjoying the spa, pool, or simply unwinding in your room.

Traveling by comfortable 4×4 vehicle with an expert naturalist guide, you’ll explore hidden corners of the mountain while learning about the region’s thriving black bear population, local ecosystems, and natural history. As you journey through forested slopes and open meadows, take in the beauty of this untouched landscape and keep an eye out for wildlife along the way.

Following the tour, return to the resort for a leisurely afternoon to relax and enjoy the amenities of the Four Seasons. Day 6: Departing the Wilderness – Farewell to Whistler

As our time in Whistler comes to a close, we bid farewell to the mountains that have welcomed us so graciously. This morning, you’ll enjoy one last breakfast at the Four Seasons before your scheduled departure.

Two group transfers will be offered based on flight times:

  • 7:00 AM departure for 9:30 AM Airport Arrival for flights after 12:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM departure for 12:00 PM Airport Arrival for flights after 2:00 PM

    Both shuttles will provide a comfortable and scenic 2-hour return drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Please note: If you book a flight requiring departure from the resort before 7:00 AM, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the airport.

What if i want to skip an activity? - How important is it to be on time?

You are never required to do all activities! Sometimes you need a little downtime, and you’re welcome to skip an activity if you'd prefer to rest or recharge. Just keep our hosts in the loop. 

Being on time is also very important. We run a thoughtful schedule to make sure everyone gets the most out of each day. Out of respect for your fellow travelers and our guides, we ask that you arrive on time and ready to roll so we can keep the adventure smooth and stress-free for all!

Our Beatrice Bradley hosts are the glue that holds each trip together. They understand how intimidating solo travel can feel, and they’re dedicated to making your experience warm, welcoming, and full of laughter. From the moment you arrive, they’ll be there with a smile—helping you settle in, making introductions, and setting the tone for a fun and connected adventure.

Our hosts aren’t just handling logistics—they’re the heart of the journey. They create a sense of community, offer support, and help every woman feel seen, included, and valued.

Please note: our hosts are not local tour guides—we hire local experts for that. In some cases, it may even be their first time in the destination, just like you! While they’re often going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that you treat them with respect. They are not personal assistants or luggage porters—they are your fellow travelers, dedicated to making this trip unforgettable for everyone.

How does tipping work?

We take care of all standard tips for included meals, local guides, and drivers—so you don’t need to worry about those details.

If you’d like to show appreciation to your Beatrice Bradley host, gratuities are always welcome but never expected. A general guideline is $5–$10 per day, per host, depending on your experience. Most guests find it a meaningful way to say thank you for the care, energy, and fun our hosts bring to each trip!
