Day One: Arrival Day
Welcome to DC! Please fly into The Ronald Reagan Airport before 3 pm.

Day Two: Welcome to DC a little of everything Tour and Christmas Markets
Wake up with breakfast together. Today is all about immersing ourselves in the heart of Washington, DC! We’ll kick off our journey through American history and culture with a full-day private tour, bringing us face-to-face with the monuments, memorials, and timeless sites that embody the nation’s spirit. Our guide will lead us on a custom journey through DC’s most iconic spots, providing a mix of fascinating stories, historical context, and plenty of stops to explore. Enjoy all meals together.

- US Capitol Building – Marvel at the architectural beauty and historical significance of this national landmark.
- Lincoln Memorial – Stand in awe of Lincoln’s larger-than-life presence and reflect on his contributions.
- Jefferson Memorial – Enjoy a peaceful moment overlooking the Tidal Basin with a view of DC’s scenic landscape.
- FDR Memorial – Walk through an immersive experience honoring Franklin D. Roosevelt and his leadership.
- WWII Memorial – Take in the tribute to those who served during World War II, with fountains and monuments.
- Vietnam Veterans Memorial – Pause at this moving memorial to honor and remember those who served.
After a group dinner together, you will have a chance to stroll around the Christmas Market outside of our hotel.
Day Three: The Changing of the Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, National Cathedral and a Show at Fords Theater.
After breakfast, begin with a private tour of the stunning Washington National Cathedral, decorated with breathtaking Christmas displays and shimmering stained glass. Your guide highlights the cathedral’s rich history and holiday traditions.
Arlington National Cemetery. Witness the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a solemn and powerful tribute to fallen heroes. Reflect on the peace and sacrifice surrounding you as you walk past historic gravesites.
End the day with a magical performance of “A Christmas Carol” at Ford’s Theatre, immersing yourself in the spirit of the season in this iconic setting.

Day Four: National Archive Museum, Ice Skating, Christmas Markets and Holiday Lights Tree Tour
Enjoy lunch at the Pavilion Café, overlooking the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink, where the option to take a festive spin on the ice awaits. Afterward, immerse yourself in the holiday magic of the Downtown DC Holiday Market. Wander through stalls filled with artisan gifts, festive foods, and live music, savoring warm holiday treats like roasted chestnuts and spiced cider.
The National Archive Museum is across the street from the Ice Skating Rink. We can spend as much or as little time as we want strolling through the museum.
As the evening sets in, visit President’s Park to admire the National Christmas Tree, surrounded by state-themed trees adorned with unique ornaments. The twinkling lights create a magical, serene atmosphere.
Finally, gather for a festive farewell dinner, sharing laughter and reflections on the holiday-filled adventures of your trip.
