Day One: Sunday, April 14, 2024 – Arrival Day, Welcome to Vancouver!

Welcome to Vancouver! Please fly into the Vancouver International Airport before 3 pm. You we will greeted and picked up from the airport by our hosts and head out to our luxurious downtown hotel… The beautiful Hotel BLU- Vancouver. Once we check into our rooms, and have a short time to freshen up after the day of travel, we will head out to Robson Street! Now known as Vancouver’s newest and best shopping and dining scene! After some shopping and engaging with your Beatrice Bradley trip mates, we will head to our first dinner as a group for a local dining experience, at a highly rated restaurant on Robson Street!

Day Two: Monday, April 15, 2024 – A day of suspense, the beautiful nature of Vancouver!

After a good night’s rest and a yummy breakfast at the hotel, we will head out to the beautiful Capilano Bridge Park. We will discover the natural beauty that rests within the Park that was started in 1888! We will explore through the rainforest canopy and will hike through treetop adventures before we cross the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge! After a morning full of nature and exploring, our group will stop at the Cliffwalk Resturant located at the top of the canyon in Capilano Bridge Park! Lunch with delicious food have a stunning view! From there, the Cliffwalk hiking trails will be our last adventure in the park giving us an opportunity to  defy gravity and hike along and around the Capilano Canyon!

After a full day of adventure, hiking and exploring the beautiful park, we will head back to the hotel and have time to relax and recharge before heading out to the group dinner and afterwards will have an ice cream nightcap!

  • Cross the legendary Suspension Bridge, walk through a rainforest canopy with Treetops Adventure, experience an adrenaline-pumping walk above the canyon with Cliff walk and do so much more!  *this park is worth the trip alone.
  • Delicious lunch at the Capilano canyon side Cliff walk Restaurant
  • Group dinner and ice cream nightcap – night owls check out the night scene on Robinson street.

 Day Three: Tuesday, April 16, 2024 – Ferry Ride to Explore Victoria on Vancouver Island.

Highlights

  • Explore Victoria the Capital of BC which is considered the most Beautiful City in the World.
  •  World-famous Fairmont Empress Hotel Victoria’s famous landmark hotel – the Fairmont Empress Hotel sits majestically at the cornerstone of Victoria’s sparkling Inner Harbour and city centre of arts, entertainment and cultural attractions. 
  • Chinatown and Old Town brightly-painted Victorian-era shopfronts flank both sides of busy Lower Johnson and Yates Streets. Once home to hotels and stores during the Gold Rushes (1850s & 1890s), today the area is known for its funky local boutiques and restaurants. See Canada’s oldest Chinatown – visit its lively markets and Fan Tan Alley.
  • Fisherman’s Wharf this waterfront location captivates guests with fantastic views of the calm waters and bustling marina, Take a stroll along the David Foster Walkway and experience our unique working harbour, taking the opportunity to recognize Lekwungen First Nations history, enhance the natural marine habitat, and support social and economic wellbeing. This waterfront location captivates guests with fantastic views of the calm waters and bustling marina, Take a stroll along the David Foster Walkway and experience our unique working harbour, taking the opportunity to recognize Lekwungen First Nations history, enhance the natural marine habitat, and support social and economic wellbeing.
  • Pacific Undersea Gardens located just off Belleville Street in Victoria. It is an underwater experience like no other. You will be able to get a glance at marine life in their natural habitat. You can see Rock Cod, Red Snapper, Schools of 1000’s of Pacific Salmon, Wolf eel and the largest species of Octopus in the World. There is also a small tidal pond where you can even touch starfish, coral and more. Visit the theater to learn about marine life by an underwater diver. This lasts about 20 minutes and is a very interesting show.
  • Christ Church Cathedral one of Victoria’s historical landmarks built in 1896, Christ Church Cathedral is the episcopal seat of the Bishop of the Diocese of British Columbia. It is built in the Gothic style of the 13th century
  • Ferry Ride Back to the Mainland 7PM

Day Four:  Wednesday, April 17, 2024 – Whales, and Granville Island  

After waking up rested and having a fresh breakfast we will head out to the charming Granville Island and embark on an exciting whale watching tour! This amazing whale-watching tour focuses on traveling through the spectacular Gulf and San Juan Islands to find magnificent Orcas (Killer Whales), majestic Humpback Whales and other marine wildlife such as Sea Lions, Porpoises, Bald Eagles and more. Once we have experienced the beautiful waters and wildlife on our boat ride, we will head to a locally sourced dinner in the quaint area of Granville. Also explore the Granville Historical Market before heading back to the Hotel Blu

Relax at the hotel-swim-hot tub-sauna or walk to get some Gelato before retiring

Day Five: Thursday, April 18, 2024 – Whistler and Sea to Sky Gondola Tour

Get ready for a private guided Whistler and Sea to Sky Gondola tour.  Captivating Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler, with a breathtaking stop at Shannon Falls. We will experience an unforgettable ride on the Sea to Sky Gondola. For an added adventure, walk across the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge.  We will explore Whistler Village to soak up the atmosphere of this famous ski resort area.

Day Six: Friday, April 19, 2024 – Departure Day

Please depart from Vancouver International Airport. Departure should be after 12:00 PM, with group drop off at 10:00 AM.

Highlights

  • Farewell breakfast at Hotel BLU
  • Last minute shopping or exploring on Robson Street
  • Drop off at Vancouver International Airport

Step 2 Your $500 Deposit will be processed within 2 business days
Step 3 When you are ready to make a payment, click the “Review and Pay” button on your invoice
Step 4 Once clicked, in the top left of the invoice, next to the amount, you will see “Edit Amount.” Here you will be able to enter the amount you would like to pay
Step 5 Full amount needs to be paid by 60 days prior to the trip. *If there is a remaining balance at 60 days prior to the trip then an automatic payment for the remaining amount will be charged.

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

  • Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
