Day One: Friday April 21, 2023
Arrivals should be by 3:00 pm at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). We will pick you up and will head to the 21c Museum Hotel. Nestled in downtown Louisville on historic West Main Street, along Museum Row, 21c Museum Hotel is a multi-venue contemporary art museum, an award-winning 91-room boutique hotel, and home to acclaimed Proof on Main restaurant. Stay with us and the iconic Red Penguin.

Day Two: Saturday April 22, 2023 – Thunder Over Louisville
Waking up in Louisville! It’s a big Day in Louisville. It is Thunder over Louisville! Thunder Over Louisville is the annual kickoff event of the Kentucky Derby Festival. It’s airshow is one of the top 5 airshows in the USA! When the sunsets, enjoy one of the most spectacular firework shows in the USA. We will have VIP rooftop access to the show

Day Three: Sunday April 23, 2023 – Churchill Downs Museum and KY Bourbon
We will spend the day exploring the The Churchill Down Museum and will have a fun Bourbon tasting at Evan William’s Distillery

Day Four: Monday April 24, 2023 – Adventure Day!

There will be city walking. Standing. Getting in and out of a Mini Tour Bus as well as a Passenger Transit Van

And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

- If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler
- Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
