Day One: – Arrival Day to San Angelo, Texas⭐West Texas  

Highlights

• Arrive in San Angelo, Texas – Be picked up at the airport in Grand Texas Style!
• Visit the ranch lodging page https://dividedfind.com/lodges/ to see cabin style hunt camp rooms
• Arrive at The Divided Find Ranch and Lodge – Owned by BB Founder Kim Kalan and her husband, John Kalan
• The Divided Find is an Exotics, Quail and Whitetail ranch. It is also home to Helicopter Pig Hunting!
• Tour w/Ranch Manager, Dana Larson and fabulouly fun host Linda May
• Dinner served by Chef Jerry Guerrero, his specialty is Texas comfort food dishes and Tex-Mex cuisine
• After dinner sun set exotics walk/ride and bonfire – Cocktails and S’mores
• Dark Sky Stargazing

Day Two: Helicopter Coyote Runs and Texas Exotics Amazing Race 

Highlights

• Early Raiser Exotics coffee walk or ride
• Ranch Breakfast in the Pavillion
• Shooting/gun instruction/safety and target lessons will be given at the shooting ranges – Learn to shoot guns safely and effectively 
• Helicopter Coyote Target Runs and Range Time with Guides  
• Ranch Lunch grab and go at the Pavillion 
• Exotics Scavenger Hunt begins – Exotic animals on the ranch include: Zebra and Zonkey, Addax, Aoudad, Axis, Blackbuck, Fallow, Gemsbok, Four Hour Jacobs Sheep, Mouflon, Nilgai, Red Stag, Scimitar Horned Oryx , Sika, Texas Sheep (Dall, Corsican, Black Hawaiian, Painted Desert) Transcaspian Urial, and Whitetail Deer
• 4-course dinner with wine tasting

Day Three: Donkeys, Forts and Water Lilies 

Highlights

• Early risers ranch coffee walk/ride (Exotics Scavengers Hunt)
• Mimosa Ranch Brunch
• Visit and tour Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue – you never know we may just bring one back to the ranch!
• Visit and private tour of Fort Concho * A National Historic Landmark
• Explore Downtown San Angelo
• Dinner at the Pheasant Village https://www.thepeasantvillage.com/ 
• After dinner bon fire fun

Day Four: VIP Guests at the Rodeo and Wine Tent (live music and dancing)

Highlights

• Big breakfast served at the ranch
• Exotics side-by-side scavenger hunt continues
• Early dinner served by Chef Jerry and our guides
• VIP Tickets to Pro-Rodeo which includes, Vendors, Carnival, Wine Tent w/Darren Morrison (live music and dancing)
• Stay at the rodeo and do some two stepping or head back to ranch.   It’s your vacation stay out late dancing or head back to the ranch.
• Divided Find Ranch and Helicopter Pig Hunting are Rodeo sponsors and the BB group are VIP’s guests

Day Five: Departure Day 

Highlights

• Breakfast at your own pace at the Pavillion 
• Enjoy the last morning on the ranch before we begin departures to the airport
• Box lunches available for your journey home

There will be walking and standing during the tour.  You will need to be able to get in and out of a van.

It is your responsibly to fully read and understand the physical abilities that correlate to this Beatrice Bradley Experience. Difficulty level of activity is subject to individual interpretation so it is extremely important that you read the itinerary and reach out if you have concerns or questions.

Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

As a solo-traveler, we need you to provide self-awareness and an understanding that you are fully responsible for yourself. This includes: your possessions, your physical abilities or fitness, your attitude, and all other aspects that relate to traveling solo in a group.

• This is not a handicap accessible able trip – you must be able to get in and out of a Large Passenger Transit Vehicle
• All Ground transportation is included on this trip
• Group Airport transfers are included in this trip
• This trip will have have a maximum of 14 women
• This trip will have 2 Beatrice Bradley Hosts and onsite guides
• If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler
• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
