This trip is designed to be relaxed, flexible, and fun, with the main “activity” being shopping, strolling, and exploring charming antique venues at your own pace. You can expect:
-
Casual walking through open-air markets, tents, and vendor spaces
-
Occasional uneven terrain (grassy fields, gravel paths, rustic flooring)
-
Lots of browsing and standing, with opportunities to sit, snack, and sip
-
Plenty of breaks for meals, drinks, rest, and regrouping
-
Optional downtime at the ranch—relax by the pool, hang with the animals, or just put your feet up
We travel in small groups by vehicle each day and adjust the schedule based on what the group wants to do. Whether you love to power-shop or take your time soaking in the scene, this trip flows with the pace of the group.
As your hostesses, we understand that traveling solo can be intimidating, but rest assured, making you feel welcomed and comfortable is our top priority. Our experiences are designed for building new and lasting friendships in a warm and welcoming environment.
From the moment you arrive until we bid you farewell, we’ll be right by your side. We meticulously handle all the details and manage the logistics seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring your journey is truly unique and worry-free. While we aren’t local experts or tour guides, we work with a network of local professionals carefully selected for each location to enrich your experience.

Navigating Round Top like a BB Pro!
Shopping the Round Top Antique Show is a blast—but it’s also BIG, busy, and buzzing with treasure hunters from around the world. To help you make the most of your days, here are a few BB-style tips and must-knows:
You Buy It, You Tote It (Or Ship It!)
Our wonderful BB hostesses are here to guide you, cheer you on, and help plan daily adventures—but they aren’t available to carry or transport your purchases. Please be prepared to manage your own items. Many women bring a large tote bag for ease, especially for smaller treasures. For larger pieces, many venues offer local shipping options or will hold your item until pickup.
Stay Flexible
Round Top covers a 15-mile stretch of antique heaven, and traffic can back up—especially midday. We will do our best to start early, hitting a farther-out venue first, then working our way back. Your hostesses will do their best to coordinate routes and timing, but our days will flow naturally based on what the group is loving most.
Parking & Walking
Comfortable shoes are a must, and layered clothing helps with the Texas temperature swings. We’ll keep coolers in the cars for water and quick snack breaks!
Found Something too Big for the Flight home?
Many vendors will hold your item for later pickup or coordinate shipping right from the booth. BB hosts will help you connect the dots, but you’ll be responsible for arranging pickup or shipping directly.
Rooming Options at the Ranch
Please note: the images shown are examples of the room type you are booking, but may not be the exact room you’re assigned. Our lodging is a beautiful, spacious ranch-style property, designed for shared group experiences and laid-back comfort.
The Main House features a large, welcoming kitchen, multiple sitting areas, and plenty of room to gather for morning coffee or evening chats. There’s also a game room for late-night fun, a catch-and-release fishing dock, and a gorgeous pool with an outdoor kitchen where we’ll relax and reconnect.
But wait, it gets even more fun: this ranch is home to two zebras, two longhorns, and one friendly donkey—yes, really!
This trip is about more than just antiquing. It’s about connecting, laughing, swapping stories over wine, and creating memories with your Beatrice Bradley sisters. Whether you’re bunking up with a new friend or enjoying some solo space, we promise you’ll feel right at home in the heart of Texas.
