Every Beatrice Bradley trip is crafted to maximize the experiences had during the trip.
The itineraries are specially made to allow time for engaging in conversation and having belly laughs with a new friend. We hope that the activities and experiences may allow you to come out of your comfort zone and to try new or unique things.
These trips are made to replicate a ‘friends get-away trip’.

Day One: Arrival Day

Arrive at BNA (Nashville Intl airport) by 2 pm. We will meet you there and head immediately to the Graduate Hotel to enjoy some “settle in time” with a plan to meet upstairs at the Rooftop bar called the White Limozeen, named after Dolly Parton, for drinks and a welcome dinner. This fun, uniquely styled hotel will be a great fit for us!

Day Two: Belle Meade Mansion, BBQ, Grand Ole Opry

We will meet for a group breakfast at 8:30am and then set out to tour the Belle Meade Mansion – one of the largest antebellum houses in Tennessee.  The Belle Meade Mansion is a must-see for anyone interested in Nashville history, the Civil War, architecture, art and decorative arts. After our tour we will visit one of Nashville’s barbecue spots for lunch and head back to the Graduate hotel. We will have some time to rest up or you can go exploring, then we are ready for our night out at the Grand Ole Opry for a special concert of country music. We will have a true Nashville experience. We will grab some drinks and appetizers after the show.

Day Three: Christmas Light Tour, Line Dancing and Printer’s Alley

We will gather for breakfast we will head out to Printer’s Alley, the most happening music scene in the country. We will grab dinner at one of Nashville’s finest and then we will take a trolley Christmas light tour and then we will roam from Honky Tonk to Honky Tonk bar sampling some cocktails and listening to the upcoming country stars along the way.

Day Four: Gastronomy Tour, Christmas Markets & The Gaylord

Light Breakfast as you wish remembering that today is all about exploring the small but mighty “gastronomy spots”.  We gather at 11 am for the small group secret tour to taste the flare that only Nashville can offer. After we sample all the great eats, we will head out to do a little Christmas shopping on the Hop On Hop Off bus to enjoy the Christmas Markets.  We will end out the night in Printer’s Alley for some live music and sing some karaoke!

• Hop on Hop off bus exploring Christmas Markets and other hot Nashville Spots.

Day Five: Departure Day

After last night’s  big night “on the town” we get to sleep in and take a little time to pack our bags before we head out to a lovely brunch. Then we will run over to the Gaylord Opryland hotel and have a couple hours to roam around to see the lovely decorations, lights and do a little last minute Christmas shopping. Please plan your departure at 4pm or after if at all possible.

Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

As a solo-traveler, we need you to provide self-awareness and an understanding that you are fully responsible for yourself. This includes: your possessions, your physical abilities or fitness, your attitude, and all other aspects that relate to traveling solo in a group.

• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
