After you’ve settled in and had a chance to freshen up, we’ll take a short stroll to Brasserie 701 for our welcome dinner. Nestled in a stunning neoclassical setting, Brasserie 701 offers refined French cuisine and a lively atmosphere — the perfect backdrop to get to know your fellow travelers and toast the start of our unforgettable Quebec adventure!

In the afternoon, we will head over to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. From classic masterpieces to contemporary works, you’ll have time to explore at your own pace and cherish the beauty of the art and talent of the artists.
After soaking in the art and culture, we’ll return to the hotel to relax and freshen up before an unforgettable evening.
As the sun begins to set, we’ll head out to the waterfront, where we’ll embark on a scenic 3-course dinner cruise along the St. Lawrence River. Enjoy fine dining with stunning views of the city skyline and waterways, the perfect way to cap off an incredible day in Montreal.

Once we arrive in Quebec City, we’ll head over to our grand accommodations for the next chapter of our adventure — the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Nestled atop Cap Diamant, this fairy-tale castle hotel offers breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and the old city. We’ll continue on to the picturesque Île d’Orléans, known for its rolling countryside, quaint villages, and artisanal delights. Along the way, there will be an opportunity to grab a snack or light bite at Île d’Orléans, perfect for a little treat between adventures.
After this scenic excursion, we’ll return to the hotel to freshen up and get ready for a special evening.
Tonight, we’ll gather for a farewell dinner at Bistro 1640, just a short walk from our hotel. Nestled in a charming historic building, Bistro 1640 offers the perfect cozy and elegant setting to toast to our incredible journey. As we share our final meal together, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on our unforgettable experiences and say goodbye to the new friends we’ve made along the way.
