Activity Level: Easy to moderate.

This is a trip built around walking and tasting, and the pace is gentle on purpose. Most of the real activity happens on the three food tours, where you stroll a mile or less over the course of two to three hours, always stopping every few minutes to sit down, taste something, and hear a story before moving on. It never feels like a hike; it feels like wandering a neighborhood with a friend who keeps handing you food. The ground is flat throughout, sidewalks and city streets, with no steep hills, long stair climbs, or rough trails anywhere on the itinerary.

February is one of the most comfortable months in Miami, warm and breezy rather than hot, so the walking stays pleasant and there’s little worry about heat. Comfortable, cushioned walking shoes are really the only thing you need to keep up easily.

The salsa lesson on Day Two is relaxed and completely optional. Dance as much as you like, or pull up a chair and clap along and enjoy the show; there’s no pressure and no experience required. The evenings are intentionally easy, including a poolside night with your feet up, and there are no pre-dawn starts anywhere in the week, so you’ll have time to rest and recharge between the good meals.

As your hostesses, we understand that traveling solo can be intimidating, but rest assured, making you feel welcomed and comfortable is our top priority. Our experiences are designed for building new and lasting friendships in a warm and welcoming environment.

From the moment you arrive until we bid you farewell, we’ll be right by your side. We meticulously handle all the details and manage the logistics seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring your journey is truly unique and worry-free. While we aren’t local experts or tour guides, we work with a network of local professionals carefully selected for each location to enrich your experience.

Come Sit at Our Table – This Trip is all about Breaking Bread Together

There’s something about a shared table that brings people close. These are our favorite moments, women who arrived as strangers, gathered over dinner like old friends.

Day One: Welcome to Miami & a Night on Ocean Drive

The trip starts the second you step off the plane.

Your Beatrice Bradley hostess is right there to meet you, a familiar face instead of a strange airport to figure out, and from that moment everything is handled. A short ride brings the group to the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, a 1940 Art Deco landmark right on the sand and our beachfront home for the next four nights. Settle into your room, walk out to the ocean, and let the afternoon stay easy. The first day is about arriving, not rushing.

As the afternoon turns to gold, we’ll gather for a sunset drink at the hotel’s beachside bar: the first toast, the first easy laughs, the first faces of the women you’ll come to know. Then, as the evening lights come up along the water, we head down to Ocean Drive.

We’ll open the week on the Art Deco strip at On Ocean 7 Cafe, a beloved Ocean Drive spot with a front-row seat to the most famous stretch of South Beach. It’s one of the highest-rated kitchens on the beach, with 4.9 stars across more than twelve thousand reviews and a perennial place among the top handful of Miami Beach’s hundreds of restaurants. We’ll settle in over fresh seafood, a paella, a snapper, a shrimp ceviche, with the pastel hotels glowing in neon and the whole parade of Ocean Drive drifting by. Your hostesses have the table handled, so all you do is sit down and take it in.

Welcome to Miami. An easy first night and a good meal, close to the sand, because tomorrow is the big Little Havana day.

Highlights

  • A Warm Welcome at the Hotel — A friendly face and an oceanfront room waiting, with every detail handled from your very first step.
  • A Beachfront Art Deco Landmark — We settle into the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, right on the sand in Miami Beach and well placed for the whole city.
  • A Sunset Drink by the Ocean — We gather for that first toast on the beach and meet the women we’ll share the week with.
  • A Welcome Dinner on Ocean Drive — We open the trip at On Ocean 7 Cafe, a top-rated Ocean Drive café (4.9 stars, 12,000+ reviews), over fresh seafood with a front-row view of the Art Deco strip.

Day Two: Little Havana, from First Step to Last Song

This is the day Miami stops being a place you’ve heard about and becomes a place you’ve tasted, and danced through.

We’ll start late morning at a Little Havana dance studio, just our group, for a private salsa lesson. An instructor breaks it down slowly, the basic step, a turn, a little shimmy, and there’s no getting it wrong and no pressure at all. Dance if you want to, pull up a chair and clap along if you’d rather. By the end everyone’s laughing, and more than a few will surprise themselves.

At two o’clock we meet our local guide for the afternoon food tour, and this is the meal of the day, so come hungry. We set out on foot from the Bay of Pigs Monument and the José Martí memorial and graze our way down Calle Ocho: flaky guava pastelitos and ham croquetas at a neighborhood bakery, a cafecito knocked back at a walk-up window the way locals take it, a perfectly pressed Cuban sandwich, a sit-down plate of slow-cooked ropa vieja with moros y maduros, and a “secret dish” the guides only reveal on the day. Between the bites comes the neighborhood itself: a behind-the-scenes look at a working cigar factory where master rollers still work by hand, the shop where Miami’s crisp linen guayaberas are a way of life, and the click of tiles at Domino Park, the beating heart of the block. Think of it as a tasting menu you walk through; you will not leave hungry.

Afterward, a little time to rest and freshen up. Then, for anyone still eager for more, we’ll head out to a beloved Little Havana spot for live music from eight to ten: a Cuban band, a cocktail, and a few bites if you’ve found your appetite again. It’s an easy, unhurried couple of hours. Settle in, listen, let the evening wind down to a rumba, and head back whenever you’re ready. There’s no formal dinner to sit through after the food tour and no need to close the place down, just a warm last taste of Calle Ocho before bed.

Highlights

  • A Private Salsa Lesson in Little Havana: Just our group, a patient instructor, and the basic steps. Dance or watch, no pressure, all laughs.
  • A Little Havana Food Tour: We graze a full meal down Calle Ocho (guava pastelitos, ham croquetas, a cafecito at a walk-up window, a pressed Cuban sandwich, sit-down ropa vieja with moros y maduros, and a secret dish), with the neighborhood’s story between stops.
  • The Culture Between the Bites: A working cigar factory, the guayabera shop that defines Miami cool, and the click of tiles at Domino Park.
  • An Evening of Live Music: For anyone still eager for more, a relaxed couple of hours at a Little Havana spot with a live Cuban band, a cocktail, and a few bites.

Day Three: Wynwood Flavors & an Evening on the Beach

Street art and bold flavors by day, the ocean and an easy night back at the hotel.

Wynwood wakes up late, so there’s no rush. We’ll have a slow morning and a good coffee near the hotel before heading over to the Wynwood Arts District, a neighborhood wrapped in one of the largest outdoor collections of street art in the world. Around midday, a local guide leads our group on a two-and-a-half-hour food-and-street-art walk, and the tastings add up to a full meal: a reimagined savory croqueta, a slow-cooked Argentine short-rib empanada, a hot-off-the-griddle chicken arepa, a slice of thick, golden Sicilian-style pizza, and a curious caramel-and-vanilla flan beer to try. Between the bites come the walls: murals by artists like RETNA and Ron English, the difference between a tag and a masterpiece, and the story of how a district of old warehouses became an open-air gallery.

When the tour winds down, we’ve had our fill of Wynwood, the art, the flavors, the stories, and we head back across to the beach, the busy part of the day behind us.

The rest of the day is the gentlest kind. After a full day on your feet, we head back to the hotel, kick our shoes off, and soak our tired feet by the pool while the sun goes down. There are bites to graze poolside and a cool drink in hand. No dinner to dress for after a food tour that fed us so well, just the easy company of the group and a soft landing after a big day. A slow walk on the sand if you’d like one, and an early night if you want it. Some evenings the loveliest thing on the plan is the ocean itself.

Highlights

  • A Wynwood Food & Street-Art Walk: A guided two-and-a-half-hour walk with a full meal of tastings (croqueta, Argentine short-rib empanada, chicken arepa, Sicilian-style pizza) among the neighborhood’s famous murals.
  • The Murals & the Stories: Between tastings, the street art itself, works by artists like RETNA and Ron English, and how Wynwood’s warehouses became an open-air gallery.
  • Poolside, Feet Up: Back at the hotel to soak tired feet by the pool, with bites to graze and a cool drink as the sun goes down.
  • A Quiet Evening on the Sand: A slow walk by the water and a nightcap on the beach after a full day in Wynwood. The ocean is the whole plan.

Fun Fact: Wynwood was a district of empty warehouses until 2009, when a developer invited street artists from around the world to paint the walls. Today the Wynwood Walls draw visitors from everywhere, and the murals change often enough that the neighborhood is never quite the same twice.

Day Four: Beach Bakeries & Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen

The last full day: a sweet oceanfront morning, and the meal everyone talks about on the way home.

We’ll start with something sweet: the Underground Donut Tour, a guided walk down Ocean Drive that’s really a dessert-lover’s food tour. Over a mile and a half at an easy pace, we duck into four of South Beach’s best bakeries and donut shops for old-world artisan donuts, flaky Cuban pastelitos, small-batch gelato, and warm churros, tasting our way from stop to stop while the guide fills in the Art Deco history along the pastel strip. A proper foodie morning that happens to end in the happiest kind of sugar rush. Then the middle of the day stays easy, a hosted lunch, a lounger by the water, a slow walk on the sand, because tonight is the finale, and it’s worth arriving hungry for.

Because tonight, we eat at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, the real thing, straight off the television show, and we’ve got the best seats in the house. Our Chef’s Table sits right at the pass, where you pick your side, Red or Blue, exactly like on TV, and watch it all happen in front of you: the open kitchen in full swing, the brigade calling orders, the famous Beef Wellington coming together an arm’s length from your fork. You’ve watched Gordon Ramsay’s kitchens on screen for years, and tonight you’re sitting inside one, close enough to see every move. Add the crispy-skin salmon and a Miami spin on Key lime pie, and it’s the send-off a food week deserves, the whole group right in the middle of the action.

It is, without fail, the meal the group is still talking about at breakfast tomorrow. An easy evening follows: a stroll on the beach, a nightcap, and the quiet, happy tiredness of a week well eaten.

Highlights

  • The Underground Donut Tour: A guided donut-and-pastry food tour down Ocean Drive, four beloved bakeries of artisan donuts, Cuban pastelitos, gelato, and churros, with the Art Deco stories in between.
  • An Open, Hosted Midday: A relaxed lunch and time by the ocean, at whatever pace suits you, never on your own.
  • A Front Row Finale at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen Experience the exclusive Chef’s Table overlooking the famous open kitchen where Team Red and Team Blue race through every order. Feel the energy, watch the action unfold just feet away, and enjoy an unforgettable dinner at one of Miami’s most sought after restaurants.

Day Five: Until Next Time!

Look at everything you tasted and the friends you made

This morning, over one last breakfast together, let the week catch up with you for a moment. You opened the week over seafood on Ocean Drive. You learned to salsa, ate your way down Calle Ocho, and let a live Cuban band play you into the night. You stood beneath a thousand murals in Wynwood. You watched Gordon Ramsay’s brigade cook your last dinner two feet away, and you did it all beside women who, five days ago, were strangers. You never once wondered where to go or worried about a table, and you ate your way clear across a whole hemisphere without leaving town.

When it’s time, your hostesses will see you off to the airport (Miami International is about twenty minutes out) with the same care that met you on the first day, carried right through to goodbye. Grab a box of guava-and-cheese pastelitos from the hotel café for the road, and don’t be surprised if there are promises to write, to call, to plan the next one.

Here’s the thing we already know, because we see it on nearly every trip: this won’t be your last. Safe travels home, and until next time.
