Every Beatrice Bradley trip is crafted to maximize the experiences had during the trip.
The itineraries are specially made to allow time for engaging in conversation and having belly laughs with a new friend. We hope that the activities and experiences may allow you to come out of your comfort zone and to try new or unique things.
These trips are made to replicate a ‘friends get-away trip’.

Day One: Arrival Day

Highlights

• Arriving in Kalispell, MT and meet your adventure loving hosts and new friends
• We will start the fun will a visit to a local Lavendar farm for a tour and oil making 
• Check in to Dancing Spirit Ranch – This historical property, located in the incredible beauty of Northwest Montana, is home to a nature sanctuary and a small compound of buildings that offer guests a wide variety of activities and gathering areas. We have exclusive use of this beautiful ranch! 
• Walk the grounds and take in the tranquil setting we will be enjoying throughout the week
• Welcome dinner will be a chef made farm to table meal at the ranch

Day Two:  Glacier National Park Tour Day 

Highlights

• Early risers meet enjoy a coffee stroll on the ranch grounds or watch the sunrise above the pond in a lounge chair. 
  • Your hosts are avid runners and walkers and would love to accompany you on any early morning outings 
  • Locally sourced daily breakfast at the Barn is a great way to star the day
• Enjoy a full day in the park with our private tour guide
• We will have many stops along the way and a picnic lunch.
• Many highlights while traveling on the Going to the Sun include: glaciers, valleys, wildflowers, cascading waterfalls, towering mountains, and wildlife spottings

 Day Three: Oh momma we got llama’s – Llama Trek day

Highlights

• Head from the Ranch on a scenic drive towards Swan Lake for our llama trek day
  • Hike upper Bond Trail in Flathead National Forest 
  • Load up the llamas with our picinic lunch and supplies and head off on the trail 
  • Lead or hike along next to the llama, use hiking poles if you prefer, Enjoy an leisure 2 mile hike to our lunch spot
  • Stop for lunch at Bond Falls, take a dip in the water and enjoy a picnic creekside
  • Enjoy the return route with our new friends, the llamas
  • Post Hike we will stop for icecream on the way back to the Ranch in Kalispell 
  • Take in the cute town of Kalispell and check out local shops 

Day Four: Lake Day: Relaxing day in Kalispell and on Flathead lake 

Highlights

• RELAX DAY
• Enjoy a trip to the Kalispell farmers market 
• Afternoon shopping and lunch in Kalispell
• We will spend a full afternoon on a guided pontoon ride around Flat Head lake taken in the views, visiting ancient pictographs, hiking and dinner stop at Wild Horse island with the chance of seeing wild horse, rams, and eagles. Enjoy an evening dip before getting back on the boat for a sunset cruise back to Bigfork.

Day Five: East Glacier, Whitewater rafting, and BBQ river side 

Highlights

• Watch for wildlife on the way to East Glacier where we will take a short boat ride across Two Medicine Lake to hike Twin Falls  
• Double adventure day! 
• We will be doing an afternoon whitewater rafting trip where we will take in the beautiful river scenery as we enjoy a BBQ dinner on the shore of the river

Day Six: Explore Whitefish 

Highlights

• Up, up, and away – we will take the tram up the mountain for epic mountain views and time to explore
• We will enjoy a local hotspot in town for lunch 
• Explore quaint downtown Whitefish, shopping time and/or hop on a pedal boat on Whitefish lake
• Our goodbye dinner at the Ranch will be a 3 course meal with local produce and meats created by the ranch chef

Day Seven:  Farewell to New Friends!

Highlights

• Goodbye breakfast 
• Time to roam the beautiful ranch one last time with new friends and full hearts
• Pack up to depart for the airport around 10:30 am 
• Depart for Airport – please make flights no earlier than noon

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

As a solo-traveler, we need you to provide self-awareness and an understanding that you are fully responsible for yourself. This includes: your possessions, your physical abilities or fitness, your attitude, and all other aspects that relate to traveling solo in a group.

• This trip will have have a maximum of 14 women

• If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler
• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
