From there, we head straight into the Rodeo Bar, located inside the historic Adolphus Hotel. Known for its bold Texas personality, great food, and lively atmosphere, it’s a true Dallas experience—where music plays, conversation flows, and the spirit of the city comes alive.

We begin in the Fort Worth Stockyards, where history isn’t staged—it’s lived. This legendary district brings the Old West to life with a sense of authenticity you can feel the moment you arrive. As part of our private experience, we take in the famous cattle drive, a powerful reminder of the trails and traditions that built Texas.

From there, we step into John Wayne: An American Experience—an immersive and beautifully curated tribute to “The Duke.” Through personal artifacts, film pieces, and intimate storytelling, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the man behind the legend and the values he came to represent.

There’s time to explore the Stockyards at a relaxed pace—browse Western boutiques, take in the atmosphere, and enjoy a casual lunch surrounded by true Texas character.

In the afternoon, we shift from Western legend to television icon as we head to Southfork Ranch, the famous home of the Dallas television series. Walking the grounds and touring the Ewing Mansion, you’ll step into a world that defined an era of American entertainment.

As the day winds down, we remain at the ranch for a steak dinner on site—a fitting and memorable close to a day rooted in Texas tradition. Set against wide open skies and classic ranch surroundings, it’s the kind of evening that feels both relaxed and unforgettable.

We begin with a private guided exploration of Dealey Plaza, the exact location where history changed on November 22, 1963. Standing here, you feel it—the weight of the moment, the stillness, and the questions that have never fully been answered. With our expert guide, we walk step-by-step through the timeline of that day, gaining deeper insight into the events, the history, and the legacy that still resonates today.

From there, we visit the Sixth Floor Museum at the Texas School Book Depository, where the story unfolds through powerful exhibits, photographs, and preserved artifacts. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of JFK’s presidency, his vision for America, and the impact of that day on our nation.

We’ll also walk the Grassy Knoll, view the motorcade route along Elm Street, and visit the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza—a striking and quiet space designed for reflection.

After a morning of depth and history, the afternoon softens.

We return to the Hall Arts Hotel to unwind and reset. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail on the rooftop pool terrace, where art, ambiance, and skyline views create the perfect setting to relax. Tonight, we gather for our farewell dinner at Crown Block, perched high above the city. With 360-degree views of the Dallas skyline, this iconic setting delivers a true five-star experience. As the sun sets and the city lights come alive, we celebrate the journey we’ve shared—meaningful conversations, new friendships, and moments that will stay with us long after we leave.

What if i want to skip an activity? - How important is it to be on time?

You are never required to do all activities! Sometimes you need a little downtime, and you’re welcome to skip an activity if you'd prefer to rest or recharge. Just keep our hosts in the loop. 

Being on time is also very important. We run a thoughtful schedule to make sure everyone gets the most out of each day. Out of respect for your fellow travelers and our guides, we ask that you arrive on time and ready to roll so we can keep the adventure smooth and stress-free for all!

Our Beatrice Bradley hosts are the glue that holds each trip together. They understand how intimidating solo travel can feel, and they’re dedicated to making your experience warm, welcoming, and full of laughter. From the moment you arrive, they’ll be there with a smile—helping you settle in, making introductions, and setting the tone for a fun and connected adventure.

Our hosts aren’t just handling logistics—they’re the heart of the journey. They create a sense of community, offer support, and help every woman feel seen, included, and valued.

Please note: our hosts are not local tour guides—we hire local experts for that. In some cases, it may even be their first time in the destination, just like you! While they’re often going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that you treat them with respect. They are not personal assistants or luggage porters—they are your fellow travelers, dedicated to making this trip unforgettable for everyone.

How does tipping work?

We take care of all standard tips for included meals, local guides, and drivers—so you don’t need to worry about those details.

If you’d like to show appreciation to your Beatrice Bradley host, gratuities are always welcome but never expected. A general guideline is $5–$10 per day, per host, depending on your experience. Most guests find it a meaningful way to say thank you for the care, energy, and fun our hosts bring to each trip!
