Day Eleven: Spires, Bridges & Art Masterpieces – Picasso, Warhol, and Lichtenstein
This morning begins with a guided visit to the magnificent Cologne Cathedral, one of Europe’s most breathtaking Gothic landmarks. Inside, we’ll admire the famous Shrine of the Three Kings, a golden reliquary believed to hold the remains of the biblical Magi, while learning about the cathedral’s fascinating history and remarkable survival through WWII.
Next, we’ll stroll across the iconic Hohenzollern Bridge, known for its thousands of colorful “love locks” and sweeping views over the Rhine River and Cologne skyline.
From there, we’ll visit the renowned Museum Ludwig, home to one of Europe’s finest collections of modern art. Here, you’ll discover works by legendary artists including Picasso, Warhol, and Lichtenstein, alongside striking contemporary pieces from around the world.
This evening, we’ll gather for a lively farewell dinner, celebrating the unforgettable memories, friendships, and experiences shared throughout our journey together.

You are never required to do all activities! Sometimes you need a little downtime, and you’re welcome to skip an activity if you'd prefer to rest or recharge. Just keep our hosts in the loop.
Being on time is also very important. We run a thoughtful schedule to make sure everyone gets the most out of each day. Out of respect for your fellow travelers and our guides, we ask that you arrive on time and ready to roll so we can keep the adventure smooth and stress-free for all!
