Day One: July 20th – Arrival Day

Fly into The Colorado Springs Airport. We are staying in Downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado. We will be staying at the Newly Built, Kinship Landing Hotel. Unwind from your travel and meet us at The Welcome Dinner

Day Two: July 21st – First of 2 Train Adventures to the Pikes Peak & Golden Hour Private Jeep Tour at The Garden of The Gods

We will head over to the cute small town of Manitou Springs, Colorado where we will board the Cogs Train as it climbs 14,119 ft. up to the top of one of America’s most iconic mountains, Pikes Peak. With breathtaking views the entire way! One of the most unique experiences in the country. Recognized as the world’s highest cog railroad, Pikes Peak Cog Railway is an important part of the heritage of the Western United States. 

We will spend time exploring The Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Early Dinner at 4:00 before we set out on a 3 hour Sunset Jeep Tour of The Garden of The Gods. See all the Red Rock formations glow a beautiful red during sunset.

• Wake up at the Hotel and have breakfast together
• Take your first of two train rides of the trip – The Cogs Train up the Iconic Pikes Peak – 3.5 hour round trip
• Get out your roll of quarters and play arcade games at The Penny Arcade The games can date back to the 1930’s if not earlier
• End the day with a Golden Hour Private Jeep Tour  of The Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Canyon, Helen Hunt Falls and Manitou Springs.  Colorado History, Railroad Tunnels. The amazing scenery will provide an adventure you’ll never forget.
• Back to the Hotel for Happy Hour 

Day Three: July 22nd – Dramatic Canyons and the Royal Colorado Gorge Train Ride

Sleep in, relax and grab breakfast at the Hotel together. We will head out late morning for the 1 hour car ride to Cannon City where we will hop on The Royal Gorge Train, where we will sit in the Royal Vista Dome Cars that offer spectacular views of the breathtaking Royal Gorge and the mighty Arkansas River from comfortable booth-style seats for a relaxing trip through Colorado’s most dramatic canyon. We will spend the afternoon exploring Cannon City before we head back to Colorado Springs for our Farewell Dinner together and such a spectacular adventure

Day Four: July 23rd – Departure Day

Fly out of The Colorado Springs Airport with drop off at 10 AM (flights should be after 12:00 PM to make it there 2 hours prior)

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

• If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler 
• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
