Day One: November 6, 2023 – Arrival Day

Highlights

• Plan to arrive by 3:00 PM – the hosts will meet you at the airport to shuttle you to the W Hotel NOLA
• The Welcome Happy Hour will be at poolside at the W-Hotel
• Dinner will be at the 3rd Block Depot Kitchen + Bar at the hotel
• Bourbon Street Group Experience Walk

Permission to eat, drink, and play all night—and sleep until you start again!

*We will be starting our days a bit later so the group can EXPERIENCE all that is BOURBON Street!

Day Two: November 7, 2023 – NOLA Food Tour Day

Highlights

• Early AM Coffee Walk – for those not sleeping in
• Breakfast at the hotel – don’t eat too much as we will be eating lots during the food tours!
• Destination Kitchen Food Tour including a Cooking Class and lunch
• Explorate of Bourbon Street and Jackson Square 
• Dinner at a fabulous restaurant in NOLA- Court of Two Sisters
• Late night Bourbon Street walk to catch some Jazz and Blues.   
• Nightcaps at the W Hotel

Day Three: November 8, 2023 – Bayou & Jazz Day in NOLA

Highlights

• Breakfast at Fleur de Lis Restaurant
• Bayou SWAMP Tour seeing the Alligators!
• Lunch at the Napolean House
• Afternoon Jazz Tour on Frenchman Street where the NOLA Jazz happens!
• Dinner at a fabulous restaurant on Frenchman Street with live jazz
• Nightcaps at a fun bar on the way back to the hotel

Day Four: November 9, 2023 – Garden District Day

Highlights

• Breakfast at the historic Cafe du Monde in the French Quarter
• Private Garden District & Cemetary History Tour 
• Casual lunch at Joey K’s
• Explore more of the Garden District is the capital of southern charm.  
• Dinner at the Virgin Hotel – “A must see it to believe it hotel!”
• Goodbye walk down Bourbon Street until we meet again
• Nightcaps at the W Hotel

Day Five: November 10, 2023 – Departure Day

Highlights

• Checking out of the hotel
• Farewell Breakfast – Group photo sharing
• Last minute walk down Royal Street and Jackson Square

Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

As a solo-traveler, we need you to provide self-awareness and an understanding that you are fully responsible for yourself. This includes: your possessions, your physical abilities or fitness, your attitude, and all other aspects that relate to traveling solo in a group.

• Group Airport transfers are included in this trip.
• This trip will have have a maximum of 14 women
• This trip will have 2 Beatrice Bradley Hostesses
• If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler
• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
