We will start in Boerne, a German settled enclave nestled by the Cibolo Creek with a historic Main Street, one of the top 25 in the USA! You will enjoy staying in the beautiful and unique Kendall Hotel, will enjoy fabulous Black Rifle Coffee while in town and will eat fabulous meals at their farm to table restaurants. You will also be visiting other cute towns like Comfort, Fredricksburg and Luckenbach, TX! You will learn the history of this wonderful region of TX, try out some wineries and see some live music! We know you will love experiencing this area of the Texas Hill Country!

Day One: Friday March 10, 2023 – Arrival Day
Highlights
- Traveling to Boerne from San Antonio
- Checking into The Kendall Hotel
- Welcome Happy Hour Al Fresco hosted by your hosts, Sara & Connie
- Dinner as a group at a fabulous farm to table restaurant to get to know each other
- A sunset walk around the adorable historic town of Boerne, TX and stopping to get a nightcap or ice cream/dessert
Day Two: Saturday March 11, 2023
Highlights
- Breakfast at a fabulous restaurant in Boerne
- Taking a drive to the Cibolo Preserve for a nature walk and checking out the Farmer’s Market at the Historic Herff Farm & Homestead
- Heading to Comfort, TX to experience history/architecture, lunch, wineries and shopping
- Having a glass of wine at Ursa Winery Tasting Room with some lunch/appetizers
- Meeting with a tour guide to learn the area’s German History
- Walking and sipping wine (if desired) while shopping at the stores and antique venues in the historic town of Comfort
- Heading to Bending Branch or Singing Water for another wine tasting
- Dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Comfort overlooking amazing views of the countryside
- Returning to Boerne for an evening of exploring to find live music & dancing
Day Three: Sunday March 12, 2023
Highlights
- Coffee at Black Rifle and breakfast burritos on-the-go as we drive to Fredericksburg, TX to check out the Hill Country Countryside and explore
- Touring the Pioneer Museum in Fredericksburg to learn more about the history of the town
- Lunch at a fabulous cafe in Fredericksburg
- Wine Tasting with Chocolate Tasting at Hill Country Chocolates
- Shopping and exploring Fredericksburg and checking out their German influences
- Heading to Luckenbach, TX to explore and to see some Live Music – Jay Boy Adams will be Live on the Main Stage
- Heading back to Boerne, TX
- Goodbye Dinner with the group sharing stories from your time together
- Sunset hike or walk in Boerne
Day Four: Monday March 13, 2023 – Departure Day
Highlights
- Goodbye breakfast with the group in Boerne
- Checking out of the hotel and heading towards San Antonio
- Checking out the Alamo in San Antonio
- Exploring Riverwalk or heading the airport depending on departure time

There will be standing and walking and getting in and out of a van.

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company. The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.
