After touching down at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), you’ll head to the elegant Hotel Covington Riverfront. This boutique hotel effortlessly blends modern luxury with timeless charm, offering the perfect home base for our journey together.
Once settled into your cozy and beautifully appointed room, take time to unwind or explore the stylish surroundings. Day Two: Christmas at the Creation Museum – Lights, Music & the Meaning of the Season
We’ll spend the day at the Creation Museum, exploring one of the most fascinating and thoughtfully designed museums in the country. From the moment you walk in, the experience is immersive—bringing the story of creation, early history, and biblical events to life through powerful exhibits, lifelike displays, and engaging presentations.
You’ll move at a comfortable pace with plenty of time to take it all in—whether that’s walking through the Garden of Eden, exploring the detailed exhibits, or simply enjoying the peaceful grounds and scenic outdoor areas.
As the afternoon transitions into evening, everything begins to shift.
The museum transforms into a glowing Christmas experience. Pathways light up, music fills the air, and the entire property takes on a completely different feel—festive, warm, and full of wonder.

We’ll spend the day at the Ark Encounter—a full-size Noah’s Ark that is truly hard to comprehend until you’re standing in front of it. At over 500 feet long, it’s not just impressive… it’s unforgettable.
Inside, you’ll explore all three decks of the Ark, walking through immersive exhibits that bring the story of Noah, the flood, and life on the Ark to life in a way that is detailed, thought-provoking, and incredibly well done. Each level offers something different—from animals and daily life to the deeper story behind it all.
You’ll have time to move at a comfortable pace, take breaks, and enjoy the surrounding grounds—whether that’s visiting the animal exhibits, grabbing lunch, or simply soaking in the scale of it all.
And then… just like yesterday, everything transforms.

You’ll have time to wander, shop, and enjoy the atmosphere at your own pace—warm drink in hand, taking in the sights and sounds of the season.
Then we shift into something really special.
We’ll gather in our own private heated igloo, creating the coziest little winter retreat right in the heart of the city. This is your time to relax together—playing card games, laughing, snacking, and enjoying a laid-back lunch in a setting that feels both festive and intimate.
It’s that “girlhood sleepover” energy—but wrapped in a Christmas experience.
As evening sets in, we’ll head to the river for a completely different perspective of the city.
Tonight, we board BB Riverboats for a scenic dinner cruise along the Ohio River. You’ll enjoy a full meal while taking in the glowing Cincinnati skyline from the water—one of the most beautiful views in the region.
The cruise offers a relaxed, social atmosphere with music, dining, and time to move around the boat—whether you’re inside enjoying the warmth or stepping out on deck to see the city lights reflecting on the river.
It’s festive, easy, and the perfect way to end a day centered around connection, laughter, and the magic of the season.

What if i want to skip an activity? - How important is it to be on time?
You are never required to do all activities! Sometimes you need a little downtime, and you’re welcome to skip an activity if you'd prefer to rest or recharge. Just keep our hosts in the loop.
Being on time is also very important. We run a thoughtful schedule to make sure everyone gets the most out of each day. Out of respect for your fellow travelers and our guides, we ask that you arrive on time and ready to roll so we can keep the adventure smooth and stress-free for all!

Our Beatrice Bradley hosts are the glue that holds each trip together. Our hosts aren’t just handling logistics—they’re the heart of the journey. They create a sense of community, offer support, and help every woman feel seen, included, and valued.
Please note: our hosts are not local tour guides—we hire local experts for that. In some cases, it may even be their first time in the destination, just like you! While they’re often going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that you treat them with respect. They are not personal assistants or luggage porters—they are your fellow travelers, dedicated to making this trip unforgettable for everyone.
How does tipping work?
We take care of all standard tips for included meals, local guides, and drivers—so you don’t need to worry about those details.
If you’d like to show appreciation to your Beatrice Bradley host, gratuities are always welcome but never expected. A general guideline is $5–$10 per day, per host, depending on your experience. Most guests find it a meaningful way to say thank you for the care, energy, and fun our hosts bring to each trip!
