The panoramic views are unforgettable, offering a serene, peaceful perspective of the alpine landscape from high above.
Midday, we’ll enjoy lunch at The Umbrella Bar, a mountaintop spot known for its incredible panoramic views and relaxed winter atmosphere. With sweeping vistas in every direction, it’s an ideal place to gather, warm up, and savor a satisfying meal in the heart of the alpine landscape.
You’ll have time throughout the day to enjoy the viewpoints, step inside cozy indoor spaces, and take in the winter scenery at a comfortable, unhurried pace. In the late afternoon, we’ll return to the lodge where you can unwind, warm up, and settle in before the evening begins.
This evening, we’ll gather for a group dinner at one of Whistler’s welcoming restaurants in the village.

As night falls, we’ll embark on the Crystal Hut Fondue by Snowcat adventure. A heated snowcat will carry the group up the mountain, climbing through snowy forests and open slopes until reaching a charming, candlelit hut at elevation. Inside, you’ll enjoy a hearty fondue dinner paired with mountain views, soft glow, and the unique charm of dining high above the village. It’s a magical winter experience that blends comfort, flavor, and alpine atmosphere.

In the afternoon, we’ll continue the winter magic with a horse-drawn sleigh ride along the shores of Green Lake. You’ll hear the soft jingle of sleigh bells as the horses guide you through a snow-covered forest and out toward the frozen lake’s scenic edge. Cozy blankets keep you warm as you glide across the snowy trails, surrounded by the quiet stillness of winter. The experience ends at a rustic log cabin, where you can sip hot chocolate by the fireplace or step outside to enjoy the glow of a crackling bonfire.
In the evening, we’ll come together for a special farewell dinner in the village. This final meal is a chance to share stories, reflect on meaningful moments, and celebrate the friendships formed throughout our winter getaway.

You are never required to do all activities! Sometimes you need a little downtime, and you’re welcome to skip an activity if you'd prefer to rest or recharge. Just keep our hosts in the loop.
Being on time is also very important. We run a thoughtful schedule to make sure everyone gets the most out of each day. Out of respect for your fellow travelers and our guides, we ask that you arrive on time and ready to roll so we can keep the adventure smooth and stress-free for all!
