Review: It was my first actual trip to Nashville. I thought I knew a lot about Nashville, but I learned that there is a singer on every corner and most of them are pretty good. We listened to lots and lots of bands, and it was so much fun. Also, if you’re in Nashville, you really must try the hot chicken. It is a thing for a reason, I was so tempted to buy some pink Reinstein cowboy boots. I saw them everywhere but I don’t see them everywhere where I live so I did restrain myself. It wasn’t easy lol.

If you are considering traveling with this group, you won’t be traveling alone. It is a real girls trip. You meet your hostesses at the baggage claim and they make every effort to make you feel welcome and wanted the first dinner you made last rest of your life. if you’re thinking about it do it you won’t regret it

Review: Bags packed, and ready for my first flight, I was excited and looking forward to my trip to Iceland, with the Beatrice Bradley travel group. With only 48 hours until my first flight I began to feel ill. The next morning I felt worse and tested for Covid…..positive! No way, I tested again….positive! I called Debra immediately to break the news that I had to cancel my trip. No way I could travel. She was sad, and told me they would miss me in Iceland. Of course cancelling only hours before travel probably meant that no refund was possible for my tour. I immediately cancelled my Iceland Airline ticket, but wasn’t offered a refund, only to travel before the date my original ticket was booked (March). For the next week I felt pretty rotten from Covid and staring at my packed suitcase. Feeling better finally, I read my Allianz travel insurance policy and began to gather the information necessary to file my claim electronically….doctor’s letter, copies of credit card and checking account payments, copy of my airline ticket, the tour cancellation policy, and the airline refusal letter to refund my ticket. When Debra returned she checked on me and offered any help I needed to file my travel policy claim. She was able to secure a refund on the meals that were part of the tour, which I did appreciate! Long story short, I filed my claim and waited! Recently I received a text that my claim was being paid in full, that sure did take the sting out of missing my long awaited trip to Iceland.

Review: I understand this was the first intimate tour. This is the best way to travel. We had the opportunity to really get to know one another and have many one on one conversations. Karen, our hostess, was very attentive to all our needs and desires. Karen made the trip over the top!! With such a small group, I felt like I really had the opportunity to talk to each one of my fellow travelers and the tour guides. Because we were small, you never had any difficulty hearing what each other was saying, even at a dinner table. I will remember this forever and will take another trip soon. Thank you!!

I knew of the economic hardships Cuba has faced for many years. I was surprised by the shortages and rationing of basic goods, including food and medicine.

Review: The Cuban people are the most loving and friendly people I’ve met from another country. Not once did I feel unsafe, the men are real gentleman like I haven’t seen in a long time. Not once did I see a homeless person or drug addict on the street. You won’t see men pretending to be women or women pretending to be something they aren’t.

They love music and seems like everyone learns to dance very young. They take care of family the way they use to. Our drivers were awesome and very handsome.
Don’t hesitate to go and be pampered by the Cuban people.

Our 2 hosts, Jody & Sharon, were absolutely wonderful and so attentive to all of our needs and made us feel cared about and taken care of in 1st class style. We had so many great new experiences, tried new dishes and drinks, made great new friends, shopped for beautiful gifts and we even stayed 1 night in a castle! It was a 1st class trip at an economy plus price! (I even conquered a huge fear of heights by walking over a 66’ rope bridge that’s 100 feet above the ocean. My new BB friends encouraged me and gave me the confidence to do this!) I will be talking about this trip and my many new friends I made and all the wonderful things we did for many years to come! She did not disappoint – even Tom O’Toole our fabulous driver commended Jody at the end of our tour for the places, choices and knowledge she possessed concerning his homeland.

Sharon, is extremely personable and enjoys meeting people and engaging in conversation.

She is loads of fun! Sharon went out of her way to talk to each lady on the trip and make sure that things ran smoothly. I appreciate all the hard work that both did to make our trip memorable.

This was my first overseas trip with Beatrice Bradley. I was met by Sharon at the airport, taken to the hotel where I met up with several other ladies who had flown in a day early. We left the hotel to walk around the city of Dublin and so began our Ireland adventure! I miss seeing everyone at breakfast and learning about the days events!

Review: Mount Rushmore is my second trip with Beatrice Bradley, the first being Texas Ranch. They were both so different yet both so memorable. While Texas Ranch was a unique experience that you couldn’t find elsewhere, Mt. Rushmore and all that accompanies this trip is a must see for any patriot. There is so much to learn about our history and it’s so important to keep our history alive. Our guide, Jeff, had a plethora of information to share with us. I don’t believe we stumped him with any of our questions. The Crazy Horse story and monument was truly awe-inspiring. It won’t be completed in our lifetime but what is happening at that attraction and the developing concept is a must see, as well. I highly recommend this trip.

Review: It took me a while to get the courage to travel by myself from the West coast to the East coast but I’m so glad I did. This was one of the best trips and experiences I’ve ever had. Review: Oh my goodness – I don’t know WHERE to begin! I could write pages on this subject! I had been thinking for a year about jumping in and taking a trip with BB because I have a husband who is aging (four years older than I) and cannot walk very far so his energy level is quite low so traveling with him has become quite restricted (and not a lot of fun). I kept seeing Ad after Ad about the benefit of SOLO travel with Beatrice Bradley and it sounded like a lot of fun. However, I wasn’t convinced right away about all the “hype” being said by those who had gone on previous trips with the BB organization so I waited and kept reading about all the different trip options and locations and when this trip to Boston came up, I finally decided to take a giant leap of faith and decided to just “go for it”. Boy was I surprised! It was everything I imagined it would be – and MORE!!! It is absolutely TRUE that there are LOTS of like minded women like myself who love our country, are very patriotic and are very supportive of each other – AND – are sincerely desiring to make new friends as they age. Many of the women on these trips have lost their husbands or have been divorced and really need and want the companionship of other women at this time in their lives. These trips afford them a unique opportunity and a safe environment in which to continue to grow in ways that one cannot imagine. I am so grateful that I finally decided to take a chance and went on the Boston trip. It truly had a profound effect on me. I cannot wait to take another trip with this fine organization, hopefully with many of the same women friends, because they were all so delightful I cannot wait to see them again! Review: Yes. I learned more about the Revolutionary War and enjoyed the city. It was easy to walk to Boston Commons and the shopping and the places near the water. I talked to people who live there and had great conversations.

You instantly feel part of the group, and you will make friends that you will have for the rest of your life. It’s so easy, too. Once you land, everything is taken care of. Review: AMAZING – that is the only word to describe BB travel. I just returned from my first trip to DC and everything was so well planned & executed. If you think it will be cheaper on your own, I promise it will not be as first class as BB. Our hostesses filled each day with interesting & fun excursions. The tour guides knew everything about the places we visited. The food was exceptional and I didn’t have to take care of anything. Review: Had a great time making life long friends from all over. The hostess were 100 percent terrific. I was nervous traveling by myself the first time as were a lot of these ladies so it helped to reassure them they would want to travel again and again. The fun was had by all. Review: Utah was my first solo travel trip and I felt a part of a group the minute I was picked up at the airport. Every day was an adventure of activities to check off my bucket list. Zip lining, horseback riding, and swimming in the Homestead Crater geo-thermal pool! Every meal was a 5-star dining experience and we were able to taste a wide variety of Utah specialties by sharing plates with a “taste” for everyone. Since Shayne had spent many years in the Salt Lake City area, she and Christy were perfect hosts for this trip giving us Utah sightseeing tips along the way. Review: This was my first BB trip and I will travel with this group again. It was wonderful to have everything “taken care of” and in fact, I felt “cared for” which as women and care takers ourselves, is a unique experience. It was particularly nice to be with like-minded women with whom I didn’t have to carefully choose my words – actually it was a relief! At this point in at the women’s lives, no-one was putting on a show, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and really just wanted to have fun.

The Maine trip is “low key” which is a great way to try out a BB trip. My next chosen trip will be more adventurous! Ladies, do not hesitate, sign up for a trip and see if BB is for you!

Review: I’ve traveled alone on many occasion and made no real connection with anyone. Your just one of many on the tour, no one is interested in knowing you. They stay to themselves. You don’t know what their beliefs are so nothing to converse about, can be lonely.

I didn’t know what to expect and was delightfully surprised as how much fun this trip was and getting to know women from all over the country. I found this trip with BB to be very different and allowed for women to become friends due to the way the trip is planned and hosted. Don’t hesitate to travel solo, because you are not alone once you meet up with the group. Review: I was a little reluctant to travel solo. I haven’t been single very long and miss traveling with my husband so much. This was my maiden trip to see if I would enjoy it and I really wanted it to be a good experience. It was a wonderful experience. First of all, our hosts were lovely. Once I got to the airport, they took care of everything. Ellen met me outside of baggage claim and had an Uber waiting for us. The hotel was lovely and everyone met for happy hour before our welcome dinner. All of the ladies in our group were happy and friendly. The majority of them were from Montana so I wondered how this Texas girl would fit in to the mix. It was fun at first sight. We were just a gang of girls. Ellen and Sharon took care of everything. We just showed up and enjoyed. This is a lovely way to travel. Everything is planned nicely but no one was pressured to do anything if they would rather not. We all laughed so much and enjoyed the sights and great food. I look forward to more solo travel. I already have another trip booked.

Review: The best part of this experience was the way that the group interacted with each other. There was only 1 guest that had never experienced BB travel before. I knew 2 of the guests and both of the hosts from previous trips. While the BB groups are always welcoming and quick to know and feel comfortable with, it occurred even faster on this trip. Review: Run, don’t walk, to sign up for the Texas Ranch Experience if you are considering it in the least! I can’t say enough good things about Beatrice Bradley and the hospitality at the Ox Ranch, let alone the experience itself. You will see animals from all over the world, all in an environment much like their natural habitat. Our Beatrice Bradley hostesses were delightful and made sure everything went smoothly, and our Ox Ranch Lady Guides were superb! The ladies on the trip were all so nice. I think we all felt very comfortable with each other. And if you are a foodie, you won’t be disappointed. Review: Every activity was fun, well-planned and enjoyable. I loved the Rainbow River boat ride and the refreshing water of Rainbow River. In the manatee experience, a manatee came up for air right next me, I was able to just watch in awe with my snorkel and mask. The opportunity to connect with people in a relaxing environment was really the best experience of all!

The Beatrice Bradley group took care of every detail and planned for things that might come up. The hostesses are there to make sure you are taken care of, and you that you have a great experience. I questioned everything on my first trip last year, this was my third, I’ve already signed up for my fourth and soon to be fifth. This was so out of my comfort zone to travel alone and so glad I did. The planning and care your given is almost better than family. I was amazed that each trip was unique and well planned. I’d go anywhere with this group, the details are impeccable, as are the guides! GO!

Review: Wonderful people! The coffee plantation tour was very informative and we learned about the animals and the seasons of Costa Rica.

Traveling with a fantastic group of women and having everything taken care of for me. The accommodations were excellent. The food was excellent. Debra is AMAZING!!!!!

This was my first trip with Beatrice Bradley but it won’t be my last!! What an adventure in Costa Rica. The accommodations, food, and excursions were first rate. The best part was meeting other women who were such a joy to be with. I’m already planning my next adventure.

Review: Being in a state I had not visited before but I have heard so much about. But the best part was to be with 11 women from all over the country. It was amazing how I had a connection of some sort with each one of the women.

I cannot thank Shayne enough for her part in making it the most amazing experience. She really has a gift for leadership and team work.

I do hope to stay in touch with them. We have been sharing photos from the trip on our return.

We moved at such a fast pace as a group I never felt like I was SOLO. My time alone in my room was spent resting for the next outing. Never a boring moment.
