Every Beatrice Bradley trip is crafted to maximize the experiences had during the trip.
The itineraries are specially made to allow time for engaging in conversation and having belly laughs with a new friend. We hope that the activities and experiences may allow you to come out of your comfort zone and to try new or unique things.
These trips are made to replicate a ‘friends get-away trip’. 

Day One: Sunday September 17, 2023 – Arrival Day

Highlights

• Arriving in Bozeman, MT 
• Check in and get settled in the The Lark in the Heart Of Downtown Bozeman
• If early arrival spend some time at the Museum of the Rockies https://museumoftherockies.org/ 
• Make sure you walk down Main Street and stop in unique boutiques and cafes
• Welcome dinner in Downtown Bozeman
• The Famously Fabulous Ice Cream Truck for Dessert
• Before bed fun walk with host Mercy or hit the hay early – Big Days Ahead

Day Two: Monday September 18, 2023 – Bozeman to West Yellowstone

Highlights

• Early risers meet at The Lark Coffee shop for an early AM walk or fun run 
  • Your host, Mercy is an avid runner! 
• We will have a group tab open at The Lark Coffee Shop ENJOY!
  • • Casual Fun breakfast between 9 to 10 AM stop by at your leisure https://stuffedcrepes.com/
• Check out and load up to head to West Yellowstone
• Big Sky Stop at Ousel Falls Park and Trailhead – Ousel Falls Rd, Gallatin Gateway, MT 
  • Picnic Lunch at the WaterFall
  • Hike and Swim at Ousel Falls Park and Trailhead
• Bathroom stop if needed – Be sure to let Mercy and Connie know if you need to stop
• Late afternoon arrival to West Yellowstone
  • Checking in to the Golden Stone Inn
  • Short walk/Hike before dinner or down time 
• Dinner at Fish Hole BBQ
  • AS SEEN ON FOOD NETWORK’S / Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives  https://www.fireholebbqco.com/
• Relax around bonfire after dinner and suggested early lights out
  • Remember to get your rest so you are fresh and ready for BIG tour in the AM

Day Three: Tuesday September 19, 2023 – Yellowstone Private Guided Tour Day

Highlights

• Breakfasts included on tour – Coffee in lobby at hotel by 7 am 
• Private Guided Tour of Yellowstone National Park
  • Pick up at the West Yellowstone Visitor Center in West Yellowstone
  • Explore Gibbon Falls, Beryl Hot Spring, and Norris Geyser Basin’s Porcelain Loop
  • Stop at the Canyon Village Visitor Center (restrooms & coffee available)
  • Visit the Grand Canyon  South Rim (Upper Falls, Lower Falls & Artist Point)
  • Picnic lunch (Chittenden Bridge/Wapiti Lake Picnic Area)
  • Explore the Hayden Valley and the Mud Volcano Area
  • Stop at the historic Lake Yellowstone Hotel (restrooms & coffee available)
  • Visit the historic Old Faithful Inn, Old Faithful Geyser, and Grand Prismatic Hot Springs
  • Stop at the historic Jackson Lake Lodge (restrooms & coffee available)
  • Visit Elk Ranch Flats, Snake River Overlook, and the Glacier View Turnout
• 6PM – Drop off and check into  the Mountain Modern in Jackson, WY
• Dinner at or near the hotel 
• Relax visit by the pool/hot tub after a long day of touring and hiking

Day Four: Wednesday September 20 – Jenny Lake Hike and Moose Lake Rafting

Highlights

• Breakfast and Coffee at or near the hotel
• 9AM Load up and head to Teton’s
  • Jenny Lake Hike
  • Traditional Chuck Wagon Lunch at Dornan’s  https://dornans.com/
  • Rafting on Moose Creek
    • If you are not rafting explore the area
• Few hours of down time to relax or explore Rustic Inn/read poolside
• Group Dinner in town
• Evening downtime at the hotel or head into the downtown Jackson Hole for nightlife

Day Five: Thursday September 21 – Teton Village Exploring, Waffles on the Tetons, and Horseback Riding

Highlights

• Leisurely coffee and light breakfast in town – morning walk for anyone who wants to
• 11AM Depart for Teton Village 
  • Exploring and lunch at Waffle House  https://www.jacksonhole.com/
• 1:45 PM Check in Horseback riding (2 hours)  https://www.tetonvillagetrailrides.com/
• Dinner in Jackson Hole 
• Free after dinner night to decide as a group what to do

Day Six: September 22 – Explore Historic Ennis Hiking and Shopping

Highlights

• Breakfast and coffee at the hotel
• Last minutes shopping in Jackson Hole or walk
• Check out and load up by 1130AM to head back to Bozeman 
• Stop in Ennis to Explore and have lunch
• Lunch at Veteran Owned Long Branch Saloon
• Short hike in Ennis
• Arrive in Bozeman late afternoon to check back into The Lark
• Farewell Dinner and Drinks in Downtown Bozeman

Day Seven: Saturday, September 23 – Farewell to New Friends!

Highlights

• Casual Fun breakfast between 9 to 10 AM stop by at your leisure 
• Check out of The Lark by 11:30 AM, unless you are staying longer
• If time allows shopping and exploring downtown Bozeman before flight
• Depart for Airport

Role of a Beatrice bradley hostess

Beatrice Bradley is an Experience Company not a Tour Company.  The role of a Beatrice Bradley Host is to be warm and welcoming. To relate and connect. To have attention to details. And to manage the behind-the-scenes magic so your experience is one-of-a-kind. They are not local experts nor are they tour guides. We hire local experts, guides, and historians as each location warrants. They are expert hosts and manage the camaraderie and logistics of the experience. Our goal is that your hostess will make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and that you will walk away with new & lasting friendships made during an unforgettable experience.

• If you need a roommate, we will happily pair you with another Beatrice Bradley traveler
• Travel insurance is not included. Beatrice Bradley is not a licensed travel insurance operator nor is our staff trained to in travel insurance. You can choose to purchase travel insurance through any licensed provider you choose. We will ask you upon booking if you would like us to send you some suggested licensed insurance companies.
